EAMCET , My scores were pretty bad , for which I got 76106 rank in the exam. I opted for this college as my main interest was into marine and this one has a marine in it, with the option of exposure to the marine field I have opted this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in 2008-2009. The Department offers a four year degree program in Mechanical Engineering with annual intake of 60 students. The Mechanical Engineering department offers educational programs designed to prepare students for a professional career.

No, Nothing of such sort is provided. Most of the companies / colleges in Visakhapatnam won't provide stipends for any field. And coming to the internships, they are provided by most of the companies including Vizag Steel plant, Visakhapatnam Port trust, HPCL.

Scholarship is provided by the respective State Government and apart from that students can also opt for loans as they'd be able to get one from all the banks as an educational loan.
Admission
Once EAMCET examination is cleared, I had to wait for the counselling process. In the counselling process., firstly I need to apply for the available colleges online., basing on the eligibility and availability the respective colleges will take down students in to the college. That would happen in a mass counselling stage and we have to submit all the original documents to the centre and from there they will reach the college.
