Remarks
The overall experience is very well. I have learned a lot from the college. The faculty, facilities provided by the college are very good. The one negative thing is that the college is open to all and some outsider regularly visited our college and tease the student and fighting with our college student. But this type of case is very few.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is good. In 1st year it is the mainly the institute course (you will study some subject of other branch which is basic). Then from 2nd year you will study departmental courses. There is one mid semester exam and one end semester examination. The class timing is usually 9am to 3:30 pm with a lunch break of 1:30 hours.
Placement Experience
The placement are awesome. 90% of the student get placed this year so far and it may be increased this year. Around 200 companies is visited for placement and 100 for internships. The highest package is more than 1 crore. While the average package is around 15 lakh.
College Events
We have 3 major fest. Spardha-sport fest (held in October every year). Kashiyatra-cultural fest (In January). Technex - Techno-management fest (In march). Apart from this there is a fmc weekend, Which is organised by film and media counsil.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is mainly based on two factor. 1- family income and second- reservation. If family income is less than one lakh the fee will be 6350 per semester. If the family income is less than 5 lakh per annum then the fee will be 40000. If it is more than 5 lakh per annum it is 106350. If you are sc/st then you have to pay only 6350
Fees and Financial Aid
All the student will provided loan if needed. There are many scholarships scheme for the student. The scholarship is also many two type, one is reservation based which is only provided to those belong to sc/st. And the other is provided to financially poor background student.
Campus Life
There are many option to do. We are having about 19 sports. All the sports kit were provided by college and we also have a proper guidance of coach. There are music, dance clubs. There is also a dramatic club, photography club and there are many more club. You can do anything you want.
Hostel Facilities
All the student must have to stay in hostel.There are some new buildings and some old ones. The condition of new hostel are good. But there is some 50-60 years old hostel which may have some problems.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a student interaction alumini cell which are in touch with our alums. They are very helpful. They shares their knowledge, guide us. The senior held many interaction sessions to provide us the knowledge and share their placement experience.
Admission
I have cracked jee advanced exam to got admitted in iit bhu. IIT have provide a lot of opportunities to the student, so I have prefer this colleges over other institutions/colleges.The admission process is quite simple, first you have to pass the jee advance then you have an option of choice feeling of colleges and branch.
Faculty
The faculty are well qualified enough. All the faculty got the PHD degree from foreign. They are master on their own field. The teaching style is also very good.The teacher are supportive and also they will personally assist you if required.
