It's a good college for engineering

Although the college has tried to give everything to students for their studies, but then also I would recommend few things like digital learning in class, wifi campus and use of digital notes in class to make the college more future proof

The course of CSE was great, I had a lot of time to do research and analysis on different projects.I had no such pressure from college or professor regarding anything.The environment was very good.We had two semesters each year.Along with that few mid terms.

Our college had a very good reputation regarding placement, that's why there was a lot of rush during admissions.Our college also provides internships that helps the student getting a better view of the industry and gain work knowledge.I myself have done a total of 2 internships and got a stipend of 16000 per month for 3 month internship.

Our college has different fests in different fields like tech, culture, music, etc.We have our URECKON the tech fest then KSUTICH the cultural fest.Along with that we have our freshers party and also different seminars from time to time.

Our college charges a fees of Rs 60000 per semester and Rs 20000 admission fees.Which sums up a total of Rs 500000 for BTECH course for four year course.However fees are different for different courses.

Our college offers scholarship on marks basis.I got a cgpa of 9.8 and 9.6 in my third and sixth sem for which I got a scholarship of 30000 each.Our college also had loan facilities but I do not know of such details cause I never took one.

Our college is having one of the best labs in the city.We have our annual sports, and also our college organizes marathons and run for a cause often and also other tech fairs.Extra Curricular activities are also there for us.

No I didn't go for HOSTEL, I rather went for PG near my college cause I needed a little more room for myself therefore I took PG option.My rent was around Rs 10000 including fooding and lodging.The PG had all mordern day student requirements.

Alumni also share there experiences of college with us so that we don't make them.Seniors are always there to help with anything that worries us whether it be late assignment submission or low attendance.

I got admission here by JEE MAINS.I always wished to be a software engineer since childhood, after giving my entrance exam I got to select from a list of around 6 colleges two of them which were the most prestigious college, including UEM KOLKATA,so I chose it.Overall I had a great time there.

We had very well experienced faculty in our college, they were the best class faculty I have ever seen.Always ready to help us with the subject.They were themselves from top institutes and used to share there experiences there.
