IIM Review

Our college is one of the best IIM of India. Life here is like a rollercoaster, surprising but fun. I would recommend this IIM to anyone who has a chance to get in. Come join us in this amazing journey.

The days are a bit lengthy, like classes from morning till afternoon then practical in the evening, and clubs and meetings at night but altogether this is worth it. Going through all this makes us strong enough to handle the pressure we are going to be in after graduation in our jobs.

Placements are really good for our college. College provides internship to interested students and the criteria for internship is good performance in exams. Some of the students intern is big companies through our college.

IIMs annual fest is one the biggest and most awaited fest of Lucknow. Students from every college come in the fest to participate, to watch the events, for DJ night. Participants are provided accommodation in the college itself.

It's a bit expensive for middle class but scholarships help us to pay our fee. It's about 14 lakhs for MBA students still less than other IIMs in our country. If the student can't pay the fee by themselves, they can otherwise for government as well as some private scholarships.

College doesn't offer scholarship but government scholarships are available for students with low family income. Some private scholarships are also available. All these scholarships provide students with enough fund to get through college.

Gender ratio is okay, there are about 30% females in this year's batch, as compared to last year there is an increase of 3%. Lab are really good, well maintained and sports is also good. Students participates in sports and we have won many awards in sports fest.

Hostels are sharing but they are adequate for us. Not too congested. They are kept clean. Hostel staff is helpful. Mess facilities are good. Students are helpful. Mess food is really good and non veg is given two times a day.

Alumni network is good. There is a hub in our college where annually alumins come and college talk with us. Tell us about their struggle, their journey through college and after that. It is really inspiring to us. Sometimes almunis help us with our internships.

IIM Lucknow is one the best college to do MBA from. I am primarily from Kanpur so it was near to my home too. That's why I chose Lucknow. Also the crowd here is also from the whole India, everyone wants to be in this college due to its reputation and it's achievements.

Faculties are really good and if we are just quiet and peaceful in class they are real friendly too. Whenever we need help, we ask for their help and almost always they help us with our problems. If we are disrespectful to our faculty then it increases our problems as faculties help is really valuable also internal marks are decreased.
