Overview of My college

Overall the college is very good with a good vision towards job for its students.Teachers are very helpful.Seniors are quite helpful too.We thoroughly enjoy our time in college.It would have been very good if the college committee let us out and in whenever we wanted.

The course curriculum is strictly based on getting maximum placements.Many extra subjects are taught to clear different govt.exams, GATE, CAT, UPSC, Railways, etc.Plenty of workshops are arranged to provide students with different extra knowledge.Many foreign enterprises are associated with our college from where faculties come and provide the students with various knowledge and facts.

The college is very placement oriented.Everything is arranged keeping focus on the placements of students.Many companies like Infosys, capgemini, TCS provide the college with regular visits.Ample of internships programs are provided for the students which provide reasonable stipend to their interns.Many competitions are arranged and the winners are awarded.

Technical fest in our college is a matter of interest for everyone.Various events are arranged for the same and cash prices are awarded to the winners.Cultural fest is also very good.Different management fest for hotel management and management streams are also arranged.

An amount of 81,200 is to be paid for admission.Amount of 65,000 is to be paid for every respective semester for 8 such semesters for engineering courses.Exam fees are to be paid during semester exams and extra fees is to be paid if any backlog is achieved in any subject.

I don't know about any such scholarship/loan facilities as I haven't opted for any such programs.But I think such programs will be available for economically backward students who are opting to study in our college keeping in mind its growing average placement rate.

Many sports tournaments are arranged for both outdoor and indoor sports.Every gender can take part in those tournaments.Well organised tournaments are arranged with mouth watering prizes.Cooking tournaments for hotel management students are organised.

No, I haven't opted for hostel.but I have heard the hostel is quite manageable providing us with good food and WiFi connection.Water availability is good and the students leave in good harmony.Separate hostels are provided for different years.

Senior students are quite helpful.They create different whatsapp groups taking their respective stream juniors and share their exam experiences, previous yrs papers, lab manuals, etc.They also help us in different college matters like organising fest, providing us with different coding camps and entrepreneurship programs.

The college authority first checks that your 12 boards result must have 65% marks.Then they check ur wbjee rank and assign you respective streams.No students are allowed below 65% marks.They take respective documents required for admission processes in general.Admission fees is also taken at that time and rest of the fees structure is made cleared by them to the respective parents.

Faculty is good.A mixture of young and experienced teachers is present.Every teacher is highly qualified and have ample knowledge on the subjects they are teaching.Teachers are helpful, they provide us with knowledge whenever we want even after college hours.They provide us with their personal contact numbers to contact in case of any enquiry about their respective subjects.
