More or less standard but need to increase the standards with respect to extra curricular activities.The quality of food in the canteen need to be increased. Teaching standards are more back dated and hence need to be enhanced with smart board and other facilities.

The course is of a tenure of four years with eight semesters and each semester having approximately 5-6 subjects. Each semester exam is of 70 marks with 30 marks from internal examinations and viva examination where questions from the relevant areas are asked. The semester spans for a period of 6 months with theory as well as practical subjects that are covered by professors who are expert in the relevant fields. Questions are majorly asked from a conceptual point of view to see the expertise of the student in the relevant field.

College provides an opportunity for internship to deserving students based on academic performance . A stipend of 12000 is offered to students who complete the alloted project in time. Job opportunities is rather disheartening with less number of companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Majority of the students are though placed in reputed companies and hence campus placement is not a big issue as such.

Jeclat is a cultural event that is held on our college at the month of march with a lots of energy and vigour. A good number of people visit the campus to witness the fest. A cultural fest called srishti is also held at our college.

Fee is feasible for middle class family and easily affordable. The hostel fee is 12000 for hostel and 8700 for tution fees. This is extremely affordable compared to middle class families. The semester fees is less compared to other non government organisations and can easily be paid.

The college offers tution fee waiver to students having poor financial background that is a huge blessing to a large number of students. The fee waiver is based on the criteria that the student should be having an yearly income of less than 2 lakhs.

Extra curricular activities are not so much enhanced but we have gymnasium with adequate instruments and also 3 grounds for playing. The grounds are more or less satisfactory to be used for games purposes but the standards are yet to be increased.

The alumni network is very helpful for job or internship opportunities.The alumini network is strong with a large number of them holding good positions in good organisations. They are also helpful in providing job opportunities to the students of the college.

Admission is based on the performance of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE).Only students with a decent rank are allowed to fill their preferences and based on their merit lists they are alloted a seat in respected government institutions.

The faculty are more or less standard who hold profound knowledge on their respective field and teach the subjects to a good level of depth to enhance the concept of the students. The professors are up to the mark and extremely talented to suit the needs of the students.
