Remarks
Very good teaching staff, good infrastructure, labs and classrooms are decent. There nothing negative to say about it. Only bad thing i can say is placement support is not that great as we were expecting.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Structure is very good, with a focus on research. Labs are very frequent, exam are not that frequent. It was always a chilled day. Never been hectic anyday it's good to be there. Loved the environment.
Placement Experience
Placements are quite ok. Big company like Accenture is mass recruiter of the college. And another good companies like media.net, endurance, reliance digital, etc. Also visit college campus. Our college does not provide interships.
College Events
1.Rhythm One of the best and longest fest celebrated in the college. Many new things to learn there in the fest. New innovative ideas of students are presented there. 2. Ember Coding related event. 3. IEEE Another tech and decor event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are feasible in my point of view it's not as high as other colleges. Tution fees holds the maximum of your fees. Can't mention detailed figures of fee structure as they vary yearly. It's around 75,000 to 85,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship available like Rajshri Shahu Maharaj scholarship. If you fall under EBC category you can avail this scholarship. Also education loan facility is available for the students. You just have to take Letter from them of their fee Structure and submit it to the bank.
Campus Life
Gender ratios were almost equal. There is nothing like racism and gender diversity, all the students are open minded and follows good manners. No politics, no religion base categorisation. Also every Friday there is a small party in college canteen for 2 hours.
Hostel Facilities
No i hadn't opted for the hostel. But aa my friends said it's very clean and hygienic place. Food in mess is taste bit better than they were expecting. Rooms are sharing among 2 people and they are big enough for 2-3 people.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network of Atharva college is quite good. They are helping students actively even after they left college. Seniors are like your elder brothers and sisters. They are very helpful in guiding you supporting you in every manner. You never get bullied by them.
Admission
After 12 th standard we have to fill a form for the engineering admissions, so based on your marks and category you get a college. That's how i got the admission here, in 3rd list i got ATHARVA college for EXTC.
Faculty
All the faculties are well qualified. Each and every teacher out there is very friendly to you. They have wide knowledge about the subject they are teaching. Also helps you to explore things of your interest. blessed to have teachers like them.
