I feel nit Jalandhar is a good place to learn and explore many new things that will help you in your all round development. The infrastructure facility is not quite good there but it is counterd by academics. I really feels happy and satisfied here

Yes, there at nit Jalandhar they had a vey vast curriculum which have lots of exams, practicals, internal assessment. There are many opportunities to explore new things as they have a good and well balanced course curriculum. Here at nit Jalandhar we have examination thrice in one semester. Minor 1, minor 2 follwed by major examinations

Yes, we have a quite good placement ratio with almost every branch but for core branches there is a huge recession of jobs as i listened from seniors. As being from 1st year i don't have such idea about internships

Our college hosts the biggest techno- managerial fest of North India named as techniti. It is a great success in last some years. We also have our cultural fest named as Utkansh which is quite popular there. We also celebrate all festivals in our campus and we also have our sport fest which is also quite good

I feel here at nit Jalandhar, comparing with other nit's it is quite expensive. They had a huge amount of 56000 per year as their institute fees apart from tution fees which is 1, 24, 000 per year. Here mess charges are quite reasonable as they charge 50000 per year for food, electricity and all other hostel facilities

I have availed scholarship provided by rajasthan government and also. have a fee waiver from college as having family income less than one lakh. Institute alumni cell also provide scholarship to meritorious and good students

Here at nit Jalandhar there there is a great emphasis on sports. We have well designed and fully sufficient laboratories. Here gender ratio is also quite good. Ragging and any discrimination regarding caste, religion, sex is prohibited. There are many dance clubs, threatre clubs, music clubs, technical clubs, departmental clubs etc.

Here hostel rooms have well equipped in refrence to a boys hostel. We are three in one room in 1st year and have single room in upcoming years. We have racks, drawers, almirahs, table and chairs provided by them. There are 8 boys hostel there at nit Jalandhar.

Yes alumni in regular contact with us always and provide various scholarships also to meritorious and good students. Also seniors there are very friendly and helpful and they do not indulge in ragging and any other crime. They helps us about notes and upcoming curriculum.

Since nit's are the institute of national importance so the students studying there must have fought hard to reach there. Firstly they had to appear for jee mains examination. Then after the results you have to fill your choices through jossa counseling and you will get a appropriate seat according to your JEE mains rank as i get the one

Our institute had a vast family of faculties. There are well experienced, dedicated, skilled and knowledgeable faculties. Some of teachers are quite interesting on how they teach their course. We had a great time of interaction with our teachers. But sometimes the equation is totally reversed
