Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of this college is good.from my time when I entered in this college this,it is under the biju Patnaik University of technology, rourkela now it is a autonomous college so that the syllabus is decided by the NIST faculty. Exam structure are follow as:- Internal class class test-2 Semester exam-1 Quiz test-4 Surprise test-1
Placement Experience
Placement of this college is good.some top companies are coming like Infosys,wipro,mindtree,tcs and some startup companies are coming for campus recruitment drive.yes our college provide internship and also organized summer training courses.From this period they proved good foods.
College Events
In my college there are only two major events are celebrated:- 1) Sankalp - this is a technical event where which is organized by NIST and ISTE chapter.This is 2 days event where technical and non technical event and competition are held. 2) waves:- this is purely cultural event.This is organized by NIST where only non technical events are held like dancing,singing etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of this college is feasible compare to the other good colleges.Poor students can comfortable to pay.There is no restrictions like only one time payment,you can pay in installments also.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are many scholarship are granted.like book grant scholarship, economy hardship scholarship etc. Yes loan facilities are offered.I am also studied by loan facilities.This college have so many loan facilities granted for the students.
Campus Life
There are so many extra curricular things are available like gym, swimming,sports,dancing etc. Labs are good there are so many lab equipments and knowledgeable labs assistant. I'm this college there are so many clubs for extra curricular activities like eureka,innova, NCS, multimedia,exel etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good but not outstanding.the room are good but mess food are not good.The superintendent of the hostel are good.The room facilities are good but the mess food are not good.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes alumni are and the seniors are so helpful in this college they share experiences which helps a lot.Some seniors are so good,they treat like brothers.Some of the alumni are also share the experience of the company.
Admission
First,from the basis of jee mains rank I fill the odisha jee for councilling and then I choose the this college after that according to my jee rank my brach is electrical and electronic engineering.Then we filled the application form of college and got the admission in this college.
Faculty
Faculty of my college is good.some faculties are good in knowledge and they have good teaching experience.But some have only knowledge they don't know how to teach.The faculties in this college are highly qualified.
