Opinion on my institute

The college management is also very good a great college life and really enjoyed all the facilities. The college environment is very good for studies. The course is very interesting and the scope is also very good in this field with good growth of opportunities.

The curriculum is quite good.We have mid exams and semester ends exams.The subjects are very interesting.The main core subjects are somewhat tough, but nevertheless the faculty is good and very helpful.We have a good scope for doing research in the core field we have a research lab too.Course curriculum was good and it was about ship designing.Subjects like- Hydrostatics and stability, Hydrodynamics etc.The electives were in third year like ocean engineering and motion and dynamics.

The annual fest Shrestha, technical events like tarang and GOS 7K Run on beach safety is organised every year.All the events were really a fun and response also was very good.Other activities such as debates and other painting competition are also organised

Fee Structure And Facilities Fee structure is bit expensive.The fee for 4 year course is 9 lacs i.e.2.25 lacs per year.It is broke up into 1lacs and 1.25 lacs in odd and even semesters respectively.

I didn't availed any scholarship.The scholarships are being offered by govt shipyards to obc and sc/st students.Also the topper of every year is being offered an amount.Top 9 students of each batch are provided with scholarship.1st rank-1 lakh rupees.2-5th rank-75000/-(each).6-9th rank-50000/-(each)

The annual fest Shrestha, technical events like tarang and GOS 7K Run on beach safety is organised every year.All the events were really a fun and response also was very good.Campus life is good.All d facilities luke extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions like elocution,debates are being organised every year.Students of different caste,religion join and study in the college every year.

Hostel facilities were good and mess food was average.It is a residential course so all the expenses including hostel and mess charges are included in the fees.we have a big ground to play games and sports.

My seniors are really good and an alumni network has also been created.The seniors were really helpful to me to get used to the college and adapt to the environment of the college.alumni of this university are at very good position.

There's an imucet exam conducted all over India.We must clear that exam and secure a good rank.There's no interview.naval Architecture and ocean engineering course is an unique course.so I chose to do this unique course.To apply for IMU CET, the registration fee is INR 1000 for General candidates and INR 700 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates.For admission to B.Tech and B.Sc, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% marks in PCM taken together.

The faculty is good and helpful.We have visiting faculty from other institutes too.The faculty was good and standards were also of a good level.The college environment is very good for studies.Faculties are both temporary and permanent.
