This is a very good college in molding the students to become industrially ready rather than go out of this college just with a normal degree.

The exam structure is according to Anna University regulations. The curriculum provides as a basis for the students to take up their own projects in the upcoming years. The college takes the students to various industries to gain knowledge about the industries as only that will take the students to lead a better life as an engineer.

There are many top companies like IBM and TCS that are visiting the campus regularly. Students who are learning Japanese are placed in companies like Human Resocia with a high salary package.

Takshashila is the grand techno-cultural event that is celebrated as a 2-day fest. The students organize this event themselves. Various events like symposiums, career campus, fungemia, CITCOS-Carnival of Science occur annually. Apart from this various camps are conducted.

The fee structure is feasible as they provide many scholarships to the students. Few students study at free cost here depending on their marks they have secured in 12th grade. The fees is worth the pay for the learning the students get from the Chennai Institute of Technology.

Yes, the college did offer a scholarship. If the student has scored above 95% in 12th grade, the student is eligible to study in this college without paying any fees.

There is an equal number of girls and boys who are studying in this college. There is no ragging here. There is always a friendly relationship between the seniors and the juniors. Seniors and juniors form as a team in participating in various technical events like Smart India Hackathon, SAEINDIA, etc.

There is no problem with water and electricity. The mess food is good. The college has installed Haier Washing machines where the students access using the Haier Wash App. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly. The rooms are swept in a regular basis. Study hours are strictly monitored by the wardens during semester exams.

The seniors help the students more than the faculties in gaining industrial knowledge as they share their knowledge with their juniors by participating in various technical events. They work in their respective center of excellence labs like Industrial Automation, Pega, Internet of Things, etc. An Innovation and Incubation cell is also here.

I got admission through counseling. I chose this institution because I was surprised by looking at the labs it offers and the various centers of excellence. The communication and the relationship between the seniors and the juniors is appreciable. The faculties play a major role in the students'future and they put their best efforts from their side.

The faculties in our college are very friendly and supportive. They clear all the students'doubts individually anytime through social media and also during the class hours. They mold the students in the best way possible. They give assignments in a regular basis.
