UBS provides a complete professional degree with all the insights needed for a person to be a successful professional. I would recommend students to join UBS family and get themselves a career boost.

We have a trimester system in UBS. Each trimester has a quiz of 10 marks, the internals of 20 marks and exams of 70 marks. UBS, as a part of experiential learning, makes us learn through case blazer, which is a 3 days long case study competition. We have Thompson Reuters trading room for real-time trading for finance students.

UBS has an excellent placement record. World-class companies like IDFC first bank, Federal Bank, Asian paints, RIL, LG, Jockey, Coke are a few which visit our campus for SIP as well as final placements.

We at UBS practice various events on a regular basis. Each and every club organizes an event. Flagship events of UBS are Midnight Sunrise, in which professionals from various industries meet and greet on a night-long party. We also have Rush 4 Rush, which welcomes students from various well-known colleges to come and take part in the 3-day event and be a part of it.

I am pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with finance as my specialization and the fees structure including everything is Rs. 1248000. UBS accepts online, as well as office modes of payment. There are no additional charges. College provides complete transparency in the fees breaks.

UBS does have a scholarship programme in association with IDFC Capital First. They provide 2 lakhs of scholarship. Another scholarship is in association with ERASMUS PLUS. Which chooses the 2 best candidates in the campus for a 3 months fully paid study tour to University of Economics, Bulgaria, Varna.

UBS students have to be part of at least 1 club. We have various clubs like Matchbox, HR, Finance, Placements, ELC, UBS Innovation Club, and many more which ensures that we are busy with our club activities in our free time and get some value-based learnings. We also have annual sports meet and fests.

The hostel facilities are world-class. We have well furnished rooms with AC and geyser pre-installed. The maid comes every other day to cleam our rooms to ensure the hostels are tidy. We also have auditorium, gymnasium, pool table, and badminton hall for sports freaks.

The seniors at UBS are really helpful in providing support in whatever field we need as their junior. Let it be our academics or extra-curricular, the seniors help us the best way they can.

At first, in order to apply for the college, I had to submit my MAT scorecard which I gave in December 2018. After the application process, we were called for 1st round of interview which was taken by admission assistant of UBS which included experience related questions, GK questions, domain questions, why UBS.

The faculty members are a combination of academicians and professionals having rich corporate experience. So benefit of having such professionals as our professors are that their anecdotes not only make lectures interesting but also add an element of pragmatism in order to prepare for the real world.
