Remarks
The positive remark is the placement records of our college. It has been excellent over the past few years. The negative remark, in my personal opinion is, all the departments are being placed in the same building.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is been a bit hectic in my personal point of view. We will be studying all those things that we had finished in PU. There will be scope for research as well but depends on students interest. Exams and labs are chilled.
Placement Experience
The placement records of our college is very good till now. The students OF CS/IS/ECE are the ones with higher packages as the present demand is for the coding side. The CIVIL/MECH/ELECTRICAL etc are also being placed for sure but with a small package.
College Events
There are many events that are conducted by our college. Namely Ganeshotsav, Kannada Kalarava, Pubg tournament etc. There will be many successful entrepreneurs coming here for helping us as well. Cleaning sessions are being conducted as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We are paying around 85000/- per annum. This include 27000/- to the college and 58000/- to the CET in rough figures. This is quite expensive as we are not getting services upto the range which we should be getting for paying this much of money.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't availed any scholarships from College. I have got a couple of scholarships that are being distributed to the particular community students which we need to get it verified from the office. They are very responsive and help in availing scholarships.
Campus Life
There is no discrimination on gender. Sports events are conducted by the respective clubs of the college. Coming to the lab, it has very nice infrastructure and well loaded apparatus which is pretty helpful as well. TBH there is no discrimination on ethnicity, religion etc.
Alumni/Alumna
I am a fresher. So still haven't seen any alumnis yet. As per my knowledge the alumni network is quite strong. Alumni meet is being conducted every year. There are many lecturers in our college who had graduated from BIT itself.
Admission
I was placed in this college by seat allotment by KEA authority. Basically there will be three rounds of seat allotments. One should mention their priority towards colleges and they are being placed according to their respective ranking/caste/income etc.
Faculty
Well, the faculty in our college are very nice except a few. They always welcome us if we have any queries regarding studies. Their interest goes with the interest of the students. If they find the students to be curious about the topic they will definitely put some extra effort in teaching them.
