College management is good ie average. Proper facilities are available in accordance with the fees you pay for it. The major thing is to make the best use of the opportunity you receive.

The Course Curriculum is according to the BPUT syllabus which is more of a theoretical but in GIFT you find the practical implementation of your theoretical knowledge in different levels. Students who are willing to work hard do severe work in research and they get proper grooming by the faculties as well also a lot of opportunities to allow the students have an industrial exposure are being provided by the college. Overall the college puts in efforts in all those individuals who are willing to work hard and become successful in the future specifically

The placement of our college is very good. The CSE branch usually gets the most of opportunities but that opportunity is open for all the branches as well. The best placement figure comes from the ECE DEPARTMENT where last year all the students were placed in reputed companies. Mechanical students also get a descent placement in this college. CSE BRANCH has the highest placement which is around 12 lakhs per annum And the avg package offered is around 4-5 lakhs per annum Thus if youre a hard working individual then you surely have a lot of opportunities to grab on to.

The college Tech Fest Festronix is the major event of the year. Students from all over the country come to participate in FESTRONIX. Apart from that every alternate Saturday the college arranges Musical Night of specific Houses which is a competition for the best house of the year. Also, the annual function is celebrated every year to give a platform to the students to showcase their talents. Every festival is celebrated in the college in a grand way which gives you the feeling of being in the home in those auspicious occasions.

The fee structure of the college is the best of which I consider because it provides the best ROI: the return of investment. the opportunity available in the college is provided to you in a very low cost as compared to other major colleges thus GIFT becomes the best place for a student from a middle-class family to come on to and make the best advantage of it.

I availed for education loan. It was a simple process of submitting all your valuable data and documents to the bank with aicte approval of your course bonafide and others which after a series of official process is slotted to the individual.

The campus life is good. The students come from all over the country giving a versatile component of the crowd. I myself come from Assam with my roommate being from Jammu & Kashmir. So basically you will have a diversified culture here. Students and seniors are very friendly. Gender ratio of male-female is of 4:1. Extra curricular activities is where the college excells once again. Well equipped labs, numerous sporting events, Robotics club , literary club band house and many others to promote the soft skills of an individual are available in GIFT-Bhubaneswar

Hostel facilities are very good. 24*7 free WiFi is available. The environment in the hostel is very friendly. You get your study table and shelves to accommodate your necessities. There are individual washrooms attached to every specific room. The wardens are very friendly and take outmost care of everything.

Seniors are very friendly and always there to help. There is no ragging on the campus. Working up with the seniors in group projects is something where you get to learn a lot from them and that's very beneficial for an individual.

This college accepts JEE Main marks to allow admission in it. I Scored 60 percentile in JEE and was in search of CSE Branch which was not available in govt. college at that particular percentile and at the same time GIFT Bhubaneswar offered me CSE branch which includes fair opportunities and mind-blowing teaching faculty as a result of GIFT became my first option to get enrolled myself into.

The faculties are mind-blowing and they are experienced individuals of their branch Most of them are from IITs and NITs The teachers are always available for the students For the weak students, teachers take extra classes to groom them in a better way. You can always find your mentor to help you out in whichever project you are working in anywhere anytime and that is the best thing about this college. Teachers are more friendly and that allows the students to be more expressive and creates a healthy environment around the classes and the campus.
