Good experiential learning

Everything is good about UBS, but sports and the gym should be developed properly.

The course curriculum is way better than other colleges and a student will get to learn many things and will get good experience. For Marketing course, UBS is very much better, and the placements are good. Industrial visits are organized for the students for good practical experience.

There are many companies have arrived for the placements like Nestle, Hicare, IDBI, EDUCBA etc. There will be steps like written exam, GD, personal interview, which is decided the company itself. Near about 85% of students get placed every year. We are getting special skill development classes for our placement and improvement.

UBS does not conduct any events, as UBS has many clubs like ExCoLearn Pvt Ltd, Marketing club, Rotaract club, Ethics and CSR club etc. Each and every student participate in events for learning and personal benefits. The college has 2 main events, RUSH4RUSH and Mid Night Sunrise.

The fee structure is a bit expensive, but we are getting good knowledge and practical experiences. Everything is included in the single payment like a hostel, mess, laundry, sports etc. The fee structure is fixed, there cannot be any changes. We also get offers for additional courses which is charged extra as per the course.

College provides scholarship, which is provided before joining the college and everything is mentioned in the college brochure.

The gender ratio is 60:40, college culture is very different and every one is unique in their on way, which gives good exposure. There are events like debates, extempore, college fests, etc organized by clubs which are for students. Everyone is friendly and very helpful and UBS supports anti-ragging.

Hostel facilities are great, it is available with a single bed and a double bed, it depends upon the student. In case we face any problem we have several contacts who can solve our issues. We have AC and Non AC rooms, depending upon the students and with attached bathrooms.

Initially, seniors are our guides, they help us in every situation. We get help during assignments and other projects.

I opted Universal Business School because, it is one of the good B-school, which gives experiential learning to the students. The professors of the UBS are very much talented and have a great experience in the industries they worked which they can relate further. The admission process is very much easy, there will an interview by call or direct as per the student's convenience, very easy basic questions will be asked. The admission process will start from January onwards.

There are nearly 18 lecturers in our course, with avg age of 50-65, and many are qualified till PhD. The main thing is clarifying doubts, for this, our professors are always forward to clearing our doubts. We have Cardiff library where we can access it 24/7. Lecturers have plethora of experience in the industry and can relate their experience while teaching.
