Truly Transformational Education at UBS

By concluding, I can say that UBS is a very amazing college which is open to academics, sports, cultural and management events.

The course has seven subjects in the first and second year and includes six subjects in the third year. However, the subjects are completely based on enhancing the required business skills and exposure to the students who are pursuing this course. The course is based on assignment marks and some written papers according to the module descriptors.

The college has a placement cell which again one of the clubs that operate in UBS. It looks after the internship opportunities for students and job placements for the third year BBA students and MBA students.

The college has many events during a year which are mentioned in the academic calendar of the college which is provided to the students at the time of induction. There are several events like talk shows, R4R, UBS Olympics and Marketing events. The flagship event of UBS is Midnight Sunrise which is hosted by ExcoLearn Pvt. Ltd. which is one of the clubs in UBS.

The fees structure of the college is divided into two parts that are tuition fees and another one is hostel fees which includes all the hostel cost, food and other things. The hostel stay is compulsory as students come from different parts of India as well as foreign countries.

The students are offered scholarships based on their 12th standard scores. Since I scored above 90%, I got a scholarship of Rs. 1,00,000 which was deducted from the tuition fees.

The campus life is very amazing and it is surrounded by mountains and trees which provide complete greenery around the campus. During the rainy season, the view from the windows of rooms is very beautiful. In BBA, there is more number of boys compared to girls.

The hostel is very amazing and provided with basic amenities that are required for carrying out daily activities. There are four rooms on each floor in a block and each block consist of two or three floors. The hostels are equipped with modern living standards such as air conditioners and water heaters.

My seniors are very friendly and helpful. They guided me for my assignments and examinations. The students at the time of admission are provided with the contact numbers of students who are already part of the college.

Since I always had a knack for management, I decided to pursue my further studies in the subject of my interest. I'm very curious and inquisitive to learn about the business environment and management. My endeavour sooner or later will be to go in business, doing something not only for me but for the society. I hope to imbibe the ethics of a fine institution and the skills necessary to give shape to my cherished aspirations.

The faculty of our college is very enterprising and fabulous. They always motivate us to do better and provide us with a handful of knowledge which helps to improve our analytical and business skills. We have different clubs that operate within the college and each club is assigned with a club patron who supervises the members of the club and enhance their skills.
