Remarks
Rules are obeyed very strictly here. It's good but sometimes obeying every rule becomes disgusting. One thing this university is lagging in is teaching competitive entrance exam skills which is the biggest need these days.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college has a Choice Based Credit System where the students can opt for the subjects they are interested in. In a semester, 3 internals and 1 external exam are there. For project papers, guides are there for any help.
Placement Experience
This year it has touched 90% placement. In my opinion, it's a very good number. But the only problem we are facing is, there very few companies for Civil and Mechanical branch freshers. But for Computer Science Engineers, there are vast opportunities.
College Events
Tech fest, Annual Sports, and other regional sports, every Hindu festival are celebrated here. Every 2nd Saturday is considered a holiday and on other Saturdays, our college arranges a flash mob to encourage the talented folks.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As compared to the other Universities and colleges, the fee structure is quite feasible. The library facilities are available during holidays also. But one has to pay for joining other sports groups and swimming and gym.
Fees and Financial Aid
Government scholarships are the only scholarships offered here. One can apply for bank loans. In that case, compensation is provided to the candidate from the college authorities. There is a deduction in fees if the candidate has a good percentile throughout his career.
Campus Life
A state-level cricket ground is here for cricket lovers. As well as a basketball court, lawn tennis court and volleyball court is there. Football is also played over here. Kho kho, Kabbadi, and other regional games are played.
Hostel Facilities
I'm a day scholar. But as far as I know, there is a very good hostel facility for the hostelers. They are getting a 4time meal. Along with purified chilled water as per as there wish. But there are some sanitation issues.
Alumni/Alumna
They suggest us better career opportunities. They are well settled and well placed in their career as well which gives us the motivation to excel in ours too. They encourage us a lot for every small entrepreneurial thought.
Admission
It is a deemed university with better lab facilities for civil engineering. During admission, the candidates need to appear CUEE exams. One can find the syllabus on the cutm. ac. in the official site of Centurion University.
Faculty
Faculties are cooperative and so friendly. They help in studies as well as in other aspects of our career. They proved themselves as splendid mentors. They focus on the doubts of each and every student who approaches them.
