Remarks
University is great overall but always there is something missing. But some or the other way it is fullfilled by university. There are no negative remarks which are in my mind but there are some loop holes which I don't have at the top of my mind.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed the way IIT'S design their course. Course gives experience on every field of ICT engineer. We learn by doing projects and get experience about it. We learn subjects with the help of practicals amd projects at the end of semester
Placement Experience
Yes our college provides placements and job opportunities in the campus itself, Yes our college also provide internship after a semester has ended so that student can have a flavour of corporate world. The internship provided in last semester mostly turns into job.
College Events
MU-FEST ASME FEST IEEE WORKSHOP These are some main events which are organised by our college. Other than these cultural events are also organised and festival related celecration is also organised. Recently RMC hackathon was organised and other than this SSIP hackathon was organised twice in our university.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is Rs 44,500 per semester for engineering students and transportation fees are 18,000 for 1 year which includes pickup and drop service in Rajkot and Morbi. Other than these there are hostel fees which includes food and washing of clothes. Air conditioned room has extra fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Marwadi University provides scholarship to TFW students and also have education loan facility. Other than these university also provides scholarships availed by the government. Well there are no other scholarship facility available as per my knowledge.
Campus Life
There are great options for extracuricular activities for students. Our university have Music and dance club with well equipped instruments, cricket ground, football ground, tennis ground, volleyball, basketball ground, badminton court and table tennis as well. University is equipped with great quality of labs having great instruments for students to gain deeper knowledge of the subject.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are great, it have great infrastructure and good amenities. Hostel rooms are cleaned every day and hygine is maintained properly. One room is shared between 4 students. Room have basic facilities of a cupboard, bed, fan. Hostel is also equipped with gym as well. Don't know about the PG rentals fees.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes we have great alumnies from our college and we have a great network builded through LinkedIn. The expert talks are delivered by alumni students. We have participated im hackathon with our seniors and they were very helpful. We have good senior junior relations.
Admission
When I went to visit Marwadi University, I wanted to take admission in Computer engineering but than I met my HOD who guided me to take admission in ICT. Second of all student gets every flavour of software as well as hardware field. Beside that there are expert talks organised in our college for our department. Those experts belong to a reputed company.
Faculty
Faculties are well qualified to teach us, Marwadi has 3000 faculties all holding master's degree and many of them pursuing P. Hd. All the faculties have good teaching experience, they are very helpfull in subjects and counselling the student for their future goals.
