Remarks

All over it's a decent college if you dont get into any NITs. Since the city place the role any college here is managable. Negative thing about the college is infrastructure and canteen. The food served is not made in hygenic place

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Couse structure wasn't that great since the syllabus that was taught was old. Technology is updating everyday and we were still taught in 90's machines during practicals. New syllabus has now processed now let's hope for the best. Regarding exams, no efforts were made To set exam paper. Repeated question paper were set all of the time. Since the teachers were not good we just buck up everything and give exams. No increment on technical knowledge.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are pretty good in college but not for my branch. All branches placements were managed very well excepts ours. No efforts were made for my branch. Regarding internships this thing we have to do of our own during summer breaks. College put no efforts for internships. We have to search with our own sources.

College Events

4

Fests arranged by students and college are great. These were so beneficial for overall improvement of skills of students. I think because of this exposure one can decide what we can do further in life to develop interpersonal skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is pretty on a feasible side. I don't remember much about fee structure but overall it was managable for me as the facilities provided by the college since it is located in renowned area famous allover the city.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm not aware much of this thing. As I've heard from some of my friends that if we are not able to pay fee on time they provide require time to pay the same. Yearly installments are also provided in case we are not able to pay as whole.

Campus Life

1.5

Cultural activities are organised in a great level in college. Cultural and technical clubs are the best thing about college since we get to learn about how to organise and manage everything. In sports too it provides great exposure in intercollege fest.

Alumni/Alumna

I've become the alumni recently so I dont have much knowledge about their network and stuff. I guess it's pretty good. Even some successful alumini offers placements nad internships in their companies giving exposure to upcoming students.

Admission

I got admission through merit list based on JEE mains exam. As my college offers 50% reservation to sindhi so I got admission through the same quota. Since I was out of maharashtra student It was a baised procedure to opt maharashtra students firstly and then Out of Maharastra ones. The process was pretty simple. The shortlist candidates list was provided online and we have to be present for counselling session. According to rank we were called up have to choose required subject. Since I was OMS student my no. Came last after all of the local students were done.

Faculty

2.5

Pathetic faculty of the college. They even don't have teachers for core subjects which we have to study for future. Except some of the experienced teachers of college who are tecahing since ages new generation teachers are inexperienced about the subject.

During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
