Overall it's good and there is hardly any fee but sometimes no attendance and lecture made student bit more relax and it will downward your grade overall its best engineering college with too good labs and facility.

In ldce merit based on gujrat board examination + JEE i scored 89%on gujrat board and 126/360in JEE there is no interview to take admission if your marks are higher than cut-off you can take admission.

There is a schedule given out at the beginning of every semester but there is no guarantee that what would be the exact schedule or whether the classes will be even taken or not. Only some senior professors are accessible. There is no choices for departmental courses selection. Though you have good choices for institute electives as there are vast number of electives at institute level, though not at department level so inshort If you are ready for prepare by yourself there is no promblem.

Many good companies are arrived like Cybage, TCS, iGate, TATA Power, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tech Machindra, L&T, Linde, BASF, GSFC, Indian Army, Indian Navy, GNFC, KRIBHCO, etc.

If you are an IT or computer pass out, you can get approx. 2 to 5 LPA package and in other branches even higher especially chem and mech as well as civil. Nearly All of them who were eligible to seat for campus placement got placed in my batch, some even had dual placements.

There are many club run by students like ROBOCON,IEEE,VOX-POPLY,ETC every festival celebrate with high energy & set up most like LAA GARBA,sports day and other tech events also done in campus everymonth life in ldce is very good.

LDCE is under goverment, so no worry about fees per year only for boys is 3000 or for girls it's free it's best for medium class student hostel fee is also around 2000 canteen food is very cheap also so for average class student there is no problem in fee although college scholarship are not availble high grade student can applied for many goverment or private scholarship scheme for additional help.

Being a government institute your education cost is nearly free at all for girls it is completely free and there are no extra charges at all too so there is no scholarship by college but you can applied for goverment scheme.

There is tennis court, cricket ground, basket ball and volley ball facilities moreover, because of the kind of the freedom this institute gives, you can join whatever extra-curricular activity you want and you can.

With the amount of money that you pay we can say that housing is the most cheapest and affordable, considering the locality food is also averag when we consider housing, social atmosphere is not that much good because of security issues but otherwise it i

There is no surprice exam all exam conducted by rules of gtu per semester there is two times exam one is mid-semester exam and other is final exam submission and viva are at the end of term.
