I am no one to judge my college based on positive or negative remarks. It's my second home and I am really blessed that I am a member of such a great family. I will suggest others to work hard and join our techno family to have a lovely and well settled future.

Asansol Engineering College is in the top 10 among all the college's in WB. The course structure is upto the mark and to the point, which is very helpful for the students to understand the structure. The Campus of AEC is the biggest among all the techno colleges and it has even got the best infrastructure award in WB. All the labs are equipped with latest machineries which is really helpful for all the students of all departments.

At our time total of 32 companies visited for campusing. As an average AEC provide approx 80% placement every year. All companies that visit our campus are reputed companies and provide a good package to the candidates. Our college also provide internship that too paid. Even we have industry visit from college to get a better idea on the live ongoing projects.

Every year we have Technical as well as cultural fest in our college. In technical fest we have competition with different teams based on different experiments and new innovations. In cultural fest we have different cultural functions performed by our own candidates and also we have celebraty nights and concerts. I also use to participate as I am a guitarist.

The fee structure of our college is very feasible compared to other private engineering colleges of India. Approx 35k per semester which includes all cariculam activity and lab fees. Even we have hostels of boys and girls too in the college campus. The price of hostel including 3time meals is also very feasible and affordable.

Based on the rank achieved our college also provide scholarship to students to motivate them. Even our college provide scholarship to the candidates whoes family doesn't have a good income. Student loan facility is also available that too with 0% interest.

Every year we have sports day in our college where every type of sports activities are conducted. Even we have inter department cricket & football tournament where our faculties also participate. We have 50-50 ratio based on gender and all are equally treated. Their is no difference based on race, religion or cast. We believe in only one religion and that is Engineering.

Every year we have a alumni meet based on every department, where all the ex students are invited and we have a get together. This is something a different feelings which can't be expressed in words. Really proud to be a part of AEC.

My aim was to be an engineer. Cracked All India Examination (AIEEE) and on Merit basis I Opted the college as an Electrical Engineer. After getting selected I had an interview session with the college panel where I got selected and started my engineering journey. The admission process was also very smooth and easy to understand.

All the faculties are very helpful and well qualified. All are very interactive and flexible. We can reach out to them any point of time for any type of course related query. They are also very strict based on timing and examination sessions. No doubt today we are settled only for their coordination.
