The curriculum is very well structured. At each and every step UBS just tries to develop its students be corporate. There are mid-terms and end terms for each semester. In total there are six semesters. All the subjects had the touch of practical exposure like case studies or maybe a corporate visiting to give an insights about the concepts. Many industrial visits was also conducted. At each and every step UBS provides the practical experience to the students. At the end all the studies aimed at giving crystal clear concepts to the students.

UBS students were fully ready for their internship and for their placements also. UBS conducts mock interviews, aptitude tests, mentor-mentee sessions and many more. For internship, there were more than 200+ companies visited to our campus for an internship, similar to placements also. Companies like HUL, LG electronics, Asian paints, Reliance, hi-care, idfc bank, TATA, Mahindra and Mahindra and many more. The teachers were of great help as they personally invest their time in training each and every student of UBS.

UBS doesn't only have the best academics but it even teaches the students to enjoy life. UBS students work for hards but party harder. All the festivals are celebrated in the college like Holi, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi and many more. We even host functions like rush for rush, envy and so on. UBS is a perfect example where academics collaborate with fun and enjoyment.

There is no biasness among gender. There are various extracurricular activities performed in UBS. Competitions like case blazer, dynamic thinking, trending and many more. The ultimate goal of all the activities that happen in UBS is to build a CEO. Communication skills, presentation skills, general knowledge, industrial knowledge and so on. all these are improved by the activities helped in UBS.

The hostel facility is very neat and clean. Maids come to clean the rooms everyday. Hostels even have the facility of induction, electric kettle and other accessories. Hostel life at UBS is amazing because students met nature and enjoy life to the fullest.

The Alumni network is super strong and easily reachable. They even help in placements as they update in a group if there is any vacancy in their companies. They even guide the students is various ways. It becomes easy to contact them.

The gaining of knowledge starts as soon as we think of taking admission in UBS. The admission process had two rounds of interviews. One where the knowledge was put to test and the other one where communication skills were put to test. In other words, in the first round, we were given three topics to speak on. while the second round was where the academic knowledge was checked. A lot of knowledge was gained at the time of the admission process. I had opted for the CMBA course because I wanted to have international exposure as well.

The lectures varies according to the credits of the subjects. But that was not the limit. Extra classes were always organised for students who were in need of it. The teachers are also easily accessible. All the faculties have hands of corporate experience which was a great advantage for the students. Many certificates were also provided by UBS which ended up to be an add on advantage for students resume. All the faulties were always available for their students.
