This college is under the supervision of management of WBPDCL, there is free medical service only for the student. The hospital situated beside the hostel, this is a very effective thing for the student. And communication system is very good.

Course structure is very good. There is specific lab of each subject. Throughout lab projects are given to the student to develop programming skills and also lanch new idea. Lab teacher also help student to complete them. The exams helds two time throughout semester and also every week class test will be held.

The student got the placements and also job opportunity. Placements are not very good but not bad also good. In every year 60% students got job in running last year. College does not provide any internship. But they help to got the students to got the internship.

In every year 3rd student organise a technical fest and cultural fest. There are lot of events from whoose the students learn something. In cultural fest student perticipate dance, singing,drama etc.

College fees structure not very expensive. In every semester students provide rs. 40000 for tuition fees purpose. In hostel purpose the the fees are very feasible. Students paid only 20000 for hostel purpose with 3 times food, room, electricity and water.

If any student have eligible for scolarship, they apply the scolarship. Each scolarship has notified by the selected teacher who took in charge via email. Each every year college provide a half fees scolarship to the students over semester marks.

College have a extracurricular activities. Each year college organise annual sports with many event. Also held departmental cricket, football, basketball, badminton, carrom, table tenis etc. There is dance club, singing club, photoshoot etc.

Hostel rate and hostel infrastructure are very good. For hostel room the students pays only 700 per month with all facilities like electricity,internet connection, water etc. Every year has own separate hostel so, there is no ragging held. Each hostels buildings are big and first to thired year room sharing and last year hostel have each students have separated room.

Students gets advice from the senior students in college campus. They give the placements information hoe to prepare for the campusing and also give the exam. Students contacts to the senior or passout students via email to take any advice.

I got admission through counselling of joint entrance examination. First i counselling as best my rank over deposit rs. 20000 in selected bank for counselling, firstly i choosen some govt. College, but i Don't get chance there, at a middle i preffer kolaghat college, because it is the nearest from my home, in third counselling i selected by this college. During admission in college i paid due fees.

Faculty section is very good in this college. Most of the teacher is highly qualified they done their m. tech, p. hd from IIT kharagpur. They are very helpful for students. If student face any problem in hostel or home during study they personally go teacher's cabin to understand the problem.
