Remarks
CGC Landran is one of those colleges that was at the top of the list when i was preparing to fill forms for colleges last year. State of the art infrastructure and supportive faculty are the plus points of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
It as directed per PTU. There are two mst or say sessional and one final exam. To clear pyu exam you just have to follow the class notes. It is more than enough. For competitive exams you have to take tuitions.
Placement Experience
Highest in the northern part of India. About 500+ companies visit our college for placement. The highest package till date is 31. 2 lakh per annum. For placement you have to clear a and AMCAT exam conducted by the college
College Events
Fresher's day is celebrated in the month of september for the welcome of fresher's, parivartan is a technical fest organised every year in the month of october or november. There are many events take place during parivartan. It is 2 day event, lodhi, vaisakhi, DJ night
Fee Structure And Facilities
In this expensive days, CGC is providing the most feasible graduation. It is very cheap than other college. They charge about 4 to 4. 5 lakh for the 8 semester. There are other fees like exam fee which is not included.
Fees and Financial Aid
The students of Punjab and Chandigarh who belong to the SC/ST category and whose family income from all sources is less than INR 2. 5 LPA need not pay any fees. All students availing scholarships have to apply for the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme of the Govt. through Registrar Office of the College.

Hostel Facilities
Hostel is categorized into 2 - new and old. New is 10k expensive than old also new hostel is 3 seater while old hostel is 4 seater. The girls hostel is available in 2 and 3 seater. Both hostel is facilitated with a gym.

Admission
The course fee is comparatively less. I just came and here in the college admission cell and get admission in ECE departmant because CSE was full. You just have to visit the campus and get enrolled for the branch you want. If you want to get enrolled in cse then you have to visit college or college website before end of June
Faculty
Faculty is quit good. They have good knowledge of the subjects. They will clear your all doubt in minutes. Also if you want get knowledge about competitive exams, they will help you out. The have about 10 years of Teaching experience.
