My experience.

It's worth studying in this college, the faculties are very cooperative, and the study environment is the best environment for studying. The laboratories are excellent, they are always equipped with well maintained instruments.

No course is hectic. It mainly depends upon the approach of the student. For me Btech isn't that much hectic course. It comprises of very interesting subjects. Anyone studying this course can learn a lot of things and also can gain a lot if practical knowledge since it consists of numerous laboratory classes.

This college provides the best placement in West Bengal. All kinds of companies come in this college to hire students, and they all offer a average salary of 4 lakhs. It companies such as Cognizant, Capgemini, TCs, Concentrix, Deltoid, Wipro. Other companies such as tech Mahindra, sankalp, amazon, Microsoft, and several other companies come in our college to hire students.

Several events are celebrated in our college. They celebrate the teacher's day as 'Parichay' for the freshers every year. They organise several events kike Urecon, ecstacia, optronix where student participate and win attractive prizes.

Fee structure is feasible according to me. Rs 60000 per semester for the entire 4 years,for the btech students and I don't have enough idea about other courses. The college doesn't take any extra admission fee.

College offers student loans. Students scoring above 85 percentaile in the semesters are given a scholarship of Rs5000, students scoring above 90 percentaile are given a scholarship of Rs 10000, students scoring above 95 percentile in the semesters are given a scholarship of 15000.

The college organises sevelar sport events. They are for both boys and girls. College organises inter college cricket and football tournament for both boys and girls. College also organise basketball tournament for both the gender. Several workshops are held in our college, professors from abroad and iits are invited they come as delegates to share their experiences and their knowledge with the students. The laboratories in this college are always well maintained. They are always equipped with proper functioning machines, they always have a study and work environment.

No, I haven't opted for the hostel, but have heard from my friends that the hostel infrastructure is good and the offer great facilities in low rate. The hostel also provide healthy foods in a cheaper rate.

Yes, the seniors are very helpful. Whenever i approached the seniors for any doubts in my studies or some difficulties in my extra curricular activities, they always helped me to overcome the difficulties i faced.

I heard form several people that this college offers the best education in West Bengal, and it has the best faculties. Hence i chose this college over any other college. I got admission in this college by giving an entrance exam called IEMJEE, and then i had to give an interview.

The faculties of my college is the best. They are always determined to help the students, they create the best environment for teaching, they are very helpful, everytime i approached them for any help they were always there to clear my doubts. They are highly qualified. They are the students mainly from IITS and some are much more experienced.
