It is a good college but it just needs little changes in course structure and placement department. The college should focus on providing students with more practical knowledge. The institute should also provide better placement assistance.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very progressive but it only lacks in providing practical knowledge. The course structure consists of 8 semesters out of which the final semester is completely internship and project work.
Placement Experience
Placement is the worst at this college. I suffered a lot because of that. They don't provide internship placement assistance either. So the stipend possibilities lie on which company you yourself find.
College Events
1. Departmental forum. 2. Annual Gathering 3. Ganesh Chaturthi 4. Celebrity Night. 5. Dhamal dandiya 6. Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti 7. Teachers day These events are very big in the institute and students participate in them very energetically.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a little heavy for middle-class students. The yearly fees of the institute are around 1. 2 lacs. For every semester students have to pay 4500 rupees as exam fees. There is also a TFWS scheme.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a scheme of TFWS for 5% economically weak students under which the students don't have to pay the tuition fees which releases a lot of financial burden for these students. There is also ebs scheme.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extracurricular activities in the college. Institute arranges various activities and workshops from time to time for students to attend. There are multiple labs available for each subject with the latest lab equipment.
Alumni/Alumna
There is not a big alumni network of institutes from the institute front. The only network there is made up of students' personal relationships. And there is only one institute-operated centralized mail system that sends monthly digest to alumnis.
Admission
I always wanted to be an engineer so I attempted JEE Mains and on the basis of which I got selected to this college through CAP rounds. I got selected to college in my first round on basis of the merit list prepared by AICTE.
Faculty
The faculty of this college is very qualified but at the same time not so updated. They have very little knowledge about current and new advancements in the industry. And there are few faculties who are young ones.
