I took AIEEE my rank was 104596 this college is among top 3 private colleges of Orissa also its computer science stream is well known there some excellent professors for CSE in this college.

It was a 4 year course comprising of 8 semesters programming languages taught were C,C++ and JAVA along with almost all core papers of CSE follows BPUT syllabus some additional courses are taught to make students industry ready like LINUX, MATLAB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript these were extra subjects which were not a part of BPUT syllabus.

In college you if you are a student of the college you can work as research assistant (RA) or teaching assistant (TA) under various professors you get a Stipend of 1500 per month if you are outside college student you can apply for summer internship the college.

Placement of college is very good almost all IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, tech mahindra, L&T infotech come for recruitment in my batch the placement statistics we're Infosys 164 wipro 125 tech mahindra 10 capgemini 11 L&T infotech 70 many other companies like hexaware, Coreal,broadcom,Syntel, Sankalp Semiconductor also came for recruitment also college placement cell helps deserving students to appear for off campus drives of high package companies.

College celbrates two events SANKALP its a technical event It is a two day techno symposium of NIST many technical events take place during two days colleges of all over Orissa participate in this event waves it is a two day cultural event of NIST students and teachers participate enthusiastically it is organised in Feb or march of every year.

Fee structure is 1,14,500 per year/per two semester study fees is 96,500 hostel charge is 19000 also student has to pay mess bill of 1500 per month students who live outside college campus and use college bus facility have to pay 12,500 as transport fee also college is flexible as far as fee submission is concerned you can pay the entire one year fee in 2 or 3 installments.
