Remarks
It's negetive i would say as the college don't have any campus, playground and have faculties with teaching problems. But have a proper lab apparatus in computer science department being a computer Science Engineer i would say and have good placements record.
Course Curriculum Overview
it's under average in my opinion in the University I'm in because the syllabus we are studying is outdated, and the successor batch of ours got the latest syllabus which may us disadvantagous wile placements.
Placement Experience
Yes, Our college provide a training in 4th year and it doesn't have stipend. The placements are good as the due to students keep college under pressure if placements not given properly by conducting strikes in the college which was last happened in 2017.
College Events
The college don't have an annual fest and so called grand fest is held in every 2-3 years. Blood donation camps are held every year in even semesters. Regular quiz and stuffs like drawing and essay writing monthly. Cultural fest Panache and tech fest elixer is conducted every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's a private college and falls under Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Its have a fees structure an average of ?42000 per semester excluding the exam fees. The exam and registration fees is for semester exam is ?1200.
Fees and Financial Aid
The institute is not providing any scholarships but relief fees under the schemes setup by government and special fees deduction for economically backward students which is also managed by government.
Campus Life
Computer labs are quite good and have proper equipments but electronics and electrical labs don't have required apparatus. The college don't have any playground and all games and sports are conducted in a public playground. Anyway quiz and other extracurricular activities are held every month.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are helpful and it's provide a ragging free campus. Encourage us to participate in extracurricular activities and let us take responsibilities of a given programs. Alumni meets held in every semester they tell us how to get jobs and other ideas what to do after college.
Admission
I Cracked West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and got BP Poddar by Choice filling. In 2nd Councelling I got this college. You have to approach nearby center(to be mentioned in the Wbjee website). There they will instruct how to proceed further.
Faculty
Faculties are quite helpful in case of conducting so creative and innovative ideas and programs, there sufficient faculties in every department, but if we consider the quality of teaching it's quite below average.
