Remarks
Faculty of college is not good. Placement is also very bad. Teachers even dont know how to teach they just try to finish the syllabus. No one will gonna listen your problem. Once you get the admission they will forget you. Accounts department is also very slow sometimes it's take more than hour to pay a fee.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is not good. Teachers are always in hurry to just finish the syllabus. They have inexperienced teaching staff. Labs are also not good. Exams room are little bit good. The institute is comes under Punjab Technical University. As per semester system. They conduct a exam twice in year. First one is in April-May and second one is in November-December.
Placement Experience
Placement of this college is also very poor. Companies hiring a students on very low salary packages during placement process. Only companies which comes here are struggling ones. I have seen 2 job fair in this college. They did not have any Internship program.
College Events
1. Youth Festival : Youth Festival is one of the biggest event which gets organised in this college m. Different - Different colleges participate in this event. 2. Annual Fate : Annual Fate is reason behind why st. Soldier is famous. Events gets conducted ones in every year. All schools and institution of st. Soldier take part in this event. 3. Festival Events on Diwali, Lohari, Teacher Day also gets organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is very Feasible. My Per Semester fee for B. Tech is 25000/-. They also have scholarship program. Student holding a good marks or grades in 12th gets scholarship. They also have Installment facilities for needy students. Students can pay their fees in easy Installment.
Fees and Financial Aid
They did not have a any Loan facility. But they provide a Installment process to pay fee for needy students. Students can pay their fee in easy Installment. Students holding the good marks in 12 th gets scholarship. If any students hold 90% + marks they provide big discount in fee.
Campus Life
Labs and workshops are not good. They did not have latest machines in there workshop. Regarding sports now they working to make a cricket ground for practice as they colabrated with Yuvraj Singh. Now Yuvraj Singh indian cricketer will help and guide the college students
Hostel Facilities
I didn't opted the hostel. But I have spended lots of time in Hostel. The boys hostel is in seprate building which is 200-300 meter away from college. Hostel room are to small. A issue a 1 room for 4 students. Hostel fee is also a very costly they charge 25000/- for 6 month.
Alumni/Alumna
During the youth festival I interacted with college seniors they are very positive. now some of them doing job in reputed companies. Senior are very humble and corporative they guided me to study without fear.
Admission
I contact them through a phone call. Then I visited the college to explore more about the college like infrastructure, admision process etc. After meeting with admission councellor. I took the admission in this college. Basic reason behind choosing this college over others Fee Structure is good. Means Fee Structure of this college is very cheap as compare to other colleges.
Faculty
Faculty of the college is very bad. They are just teach us to finish the syllabus. After every semester ends they hire a new teacher because previous one left the college. I have seen this process in every semester.
