Remarks

There is no usage of full that's the thing which make college down management is not good as there is no any managing available for college.

Entrance Preview

I have qualify the AIEEE examination with rank 79483 in 2011 then due gov college of Punjab I decided to go there.

Course Curriculum Overview

Facilities are better there but faculty are not too good to use full resources of the college as example a mathematics lab is present there but there is no any scholar present to run that I think u can imagine that a mathematics lab is big deal o my few college have mathematics col like my college.

Internships Opportunities

There was no stipend offered from college there is no facilities are available of this type they only give to chance to do your 6 month training on your basis where you can that's I say there is no facility available for stipend.

Placement Experience

There is no any facilities for placement from the view of placement only one company comes there and select only 15 students from 500 is this good for student mot that's why I say facilities is not too there.

I think there was Punjabi culture which is followed in college that's why u can say they celebrated guru Nanak jayanti and shared bahgat singh jayanti etc.

There is no such any scholarship was provided for general caste only Punjabi sc/st students have scholarship.

Labs are good but lab asstant has no knowledge about equipment there 70:30 ratio for male and female that was good all lives with happiness share there foods and I think there is friendship in each and every students.

Hostel Facilities

There was 3 hostels but only one was good in which only 3rd and 4th year students live food facility for senior was good but for juniors it was bad.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

All are better seniors help us in many cases they react as our big brothe they make as comfortable they play cricket with us they give us books that's I an say they are good enough also we do same to our juniors.

Exam Structure

Exam stricture was good there is no place for making copy in examination hall there is tight arrangement for examination.

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.
