Remarks
Here I'm very proud to be a student of this college. I am very happy and satisfied for my studentship, for my department Electronics and communication. Our teacher are very good and careful. But only drawback is our insufficient laboratory instruments.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yes here our teachers are very careful about our study. It is an autonomous college. So we are all careful about our study because our questions papers are harder than others colleges. But the number of laboratory tools, machines and computer are very less which is a major problem for us. And here placements are very good which help to get a job.
Placement Experience
Yes, our college give us a good opportunity for placement. TCS, CTS, Infosys, Robert Bosch etc high ranked companies are came and placed us. But our college does not provide us any internship. We took internship from Some NITs and IITs etc. But according to placement history, it give a very good placement for CSE, IT and ECE department.
College Events
Ee celebrate Viswakarma puja very well. We are engineering student. So Viswakarma puja is a special occasion for us. We celebrate Saraswati Puja. Here we arrange a technical festival named SRISTI in which so many colleges are came and participate in event. The winner team got charming prizes. Also we celebrate JECLET, here students are show their extracurriculam activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Here semester fee is 6000 thousands for CSE and ECE department, 9000 thousands for IT department and 3000 thousands for Civil, mechanical and electrical department. And admission fee nearly 11000k for ECE and CSE department, 8000K for ME, EE and CE department and 14000k for IT department.
Fees and Financial Aid
Due to a government college here we get a good chance for scholarship. College provide us FFS and HFS scheme due to which our semester fees are fully or partially discounted. Also we get swami Vivekananda scholarship, minority scholarship. College provide us FFS or HFS on the basis of merit and family income
Campus Life
Our college have a school which is carried by our own fund that mean students fund named JYOTI. here we teach those children whose are not able to study and get good food due to their poor family back ground. Here our college is located behind the Tea garden. So we teach the childrens of gardens labour's.
Alumni/Alumna
Our alumni are very responsible about us. They provide us off campasing jobs. The arranges so many yearly scholarship scheme for us. They are came into college functions and interact with us and they give us facilities for jobs and our other needs.
Admission
I made a good rank in entrance exam. And get a chance to be a student such a wonderful college which is top ranking state government college in West Bengal. My rank was 589 in entrance exam. So it was a very good rank That I took admission in electronics and communication branch.
Faculty
Here faculty's are very careful about our teaching process. They are Highly qualified. Some of them are passed out from IITs or NITs. So they have a deeper knowledge about course so that they motivated us very well.
