Mohammed's Review On Sinhgad Academy Of Engineering - [SAE] Kondhawa, Pune

The college is I've of is kind. Good faculty,good environment,good opportunities,good infrastructure. There is a new life to studying. The hostels and mess food is a bit problem but overall i enjoyed being there.

Had given MH-CET Examination due to which i got admission for information technology engineering in Sinhgad Academy of Engineering,Pune.

The course curriculum is according to what is set by University of Pune. It's a good course with some drawbacks also like too much of theory some times and less if practical work. The faculty is excellent and covers 100% syllabus in every semester. No need of external tuitions.

Yes there is a facility of internship as well. But not that much. Very few opportunities for internship. But many opportunities for placements. Zensar gave an internship opportunity.

The college provides direct placement opportunity to the engineering students. 85% percent of the eligible students got placed. Criteria is 60% and above. Average initial job package is about 3 lacs.

Sinhgad Karandak. It's the festival time of the college where there are several events organized,dandia and competitions etc. Innofest is a technical event in which students exhibit their own creativity and innovation.

Fee structure is expensive. Around 1 lac per year.

There is the government EBC scholarship which is available.

Campus is not that bog but life is to good. Feels nice. Healthy environment. Gender ratio is 60-40. Quite good. Mostly all are Maharashtrians bit all mix up very well. There are extra curricular activities such as sports,cultural and technical ones. There was a Robocon competition in our college which was worth participation.

Hostel is not that good. And need food is very bad.

The students and the staff are very helpful in all terms and but there is no ragging or any sorry of misbehavior of any sort.
