Talking about our college's overall experience, the ambiance in our college is pretty average. The academic structure is also average along with average qualified faculty. For being eligible for placement we need to compulsory attend soft skill sessions conducted in our college
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure of our stream is above average and good compared to other local colleges. Our batch is the first autonomous batch from computer science and in current exam structure, we currently have 2 class tests and one end semester final exam along with internal & external.
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunities in our college are not good enough and also the average salary offered by most of the companies is almost around 3.5 LPA. Talking about internship, we did 1 month internship in a very small company in Pune.
College Events
In our college many social as well as cultural events are conducted. There is a annual social function in our college that everyone is excited to attend and enjoys. There are also some technical events in our college that promotes students skills.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure in our college is moderate (almost same in surrounding local colleges). The fees paid are not totally worth of the service provided by the college. Some of the fee paid goes in vain as the purpose for which fees is paid is not provided.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college offers different scholarships based on different casts and fees are reduced according to the applied scholarships. You need to have all the documents of cast for availing the selected scholarship.
Campus Life
There are a very few extracurricular activities conducted in our college. Sports in our college is not taken that seriously and the biggest drawback is that our college does not have a college ground to play sports.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are helpful but you need to have good relations with them and keep in touch with them. Even after graduation pass out seniors give suggestions and recommendation to juniors about curriculum as well as placement.
Admission
DKTE Society's Textile & Engineering Institute is the closest and average rated engineering college available in our locality. Always wanted to work in Computer sector so i decided to take computer science course.
Faculty
The faculty in our department are average, some of them are very well qualified who take curriculum seriously, while others only get the job done. Some of the faculty and staff is friendly and really support us in tricky situations.
