A mixed bag of feelings

Course was good enough and I was satisfied with it. We were given a lot of assignments which were to be submitted on time. A mandatory internship was also part of our curriculum and in the final year we were supposed to submit a dissertation.

Placements were pretty ordinary in our college but we received enough assistance from the placement cell. Some good companies do visit our campus for the placement drive but the packages offered were not that good.

Endless conferences and symposiums are organised quite frequently in our University. Different guest lectures delivered by some of the esteemed scholars of the field are also organised. I attended some of these workshops, out of which some were useful for us, while some were not depending upon the your area of interest.

My annual fee was 50k which is pretty nominal and less than other management colleges. Other expenses were also pretty affordable. College is enabling students to fulfil their dreams of higher studies.

Hostel was available for girls only and boys have to make their own arrangements. In general the hostels are good, with pretty comprehensive facilities being offered here. Washrooms are hygienic and the common room had the option of many recreational activities.

SMAGAM is the annual alumni meet which is organised for providing a platform for alumni and college students to interact, share experiences and thoughts. The alumni meet during my batch was pretty good and all the alumni tried motivating students especially towards entrepreneurship.

Admission to the college is on merit basis. No entrance exam is required for admission. Students have to take simply apply to the college and appear for the document verification process. Document verification went smoothly.
