Course Curriculum Overview

PGDM course is a 2-year trimester based course. They offered dual specialization areas and I opted for Marketing and International Business. Our course curriculum has good exposure and it involves a project, industrial visits, etc.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities of our college were good. 90% of the total batch students were placed. 100+ companies visited our college for recruitment. And the highest salary package offered was Rs.6.25 LPA.

College Events

One of the biggest events celebrated in our college is marketing ( management fest) fest named 'Markathon', which was organized annually. In this event, a number of students participated in different types of competitions that were organized and showcase their talents.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of our college was kinda expensive but feasible, because, the college was very good and the facilities provided were great, also the faculties were awesome. The total fee of the PGDM course was ?7.2 Lakhs.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of our college is good. Alumni of our college spread across the globe. The seniors of our college were also very friendly with us and they were pretty supportive of us, there was no ragging in our college.

Admission

I pursued the PGDM course and to get admission from this college, I took the MAT entrance exam, fill out the application form, attended the Group discussion, and lastly, I went through a personal interview.

Faculty

The professors for our college were qualified enough for their job and pretty good at it too. We have core faculty members and visiting faculties. They are all experienced professors and they were very committed and sincere to their job.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

I hdd 90.89 percentile in my CAT 2024 and 93.18 percentile in XAT 2025. These are very good scores and make a candidate like me eligible for top B-schools. I converted a lot of B-schools but around the time of admission I struggled with a few medical reasons and the fact that most of the B-schools were very expensive. Truth about jims kalkaji

The eligibility of the course is to have 50% minimum marks in your undergraduate. The application form, fees, and any other information regarding admission are available on thier admission portal.
