Remarks

Locality of college is not much good. If it would be placed at a good place then more students will enrolled and it will be good for students and as well as for college.

Entrance Preview

I am pursuing b.com(hons) from krche comes under Ip university I want to have my MBA done from a good and reputated institute for that I am preparing for CAT. My main aim to have my MBA is from IIM.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum Is good and I have best buddies in class. Everyone is very supportive and helping in nature.

Internships Opportunities

College experience is not much good. I didn't got any stiphend yet.In our college I have seen IBM which offers a package of 2.20 lakh per annum. In our campus 13 students applied for interviews and 13 got selected. They are selected for as a consultant and for written communication and every one is happy. Well I don't like this type of job but everyone selected like.

Placement Experience

Job opportunities are not much good. It provides placement mainly for call centers, BPO and for marketing. But who want to have their future in marketing for them it is very good institute. Come and grab opportunity. And those who want their future in bpo for domestic and international profile it is good for them too. Choose after visiting.

College Events

College is just ok but we enjoy alot as it organised carnival festivals time to time. And fresher's party of college is just awesome, It was orgainsed in seven seas every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's expensive, My annual fee is 76000.But university provides EWS that is economic weaker section. Students who comes under this got scholarship from university amount to 30000/40000/50000 according to their wish. Then student must come under EWS having family income less than 200000

Fees and Financial Aid

Still I don't know about that any scholarship offered by institute. Actually Its my second year and I am topeer of my b.com(h) in college and university provide scholarships for those who top or got university position.

Campus Life

Campus life is not much good as I hoped it will be. But it's not too bad also. In my college, there is 60-40 ratio of boys and girls. Hostel facility is not available in college.2 workshops took place in a semester. There is no discrimination taking place among boys and girls. All are treated equally. We should try everything in our life and college life should also be experienced whether it is good or not

Hostel Facilities

Mess food : 6.5 out of 10 Hostel facility is not available. If college provide this kind of facilities then surely it will increase the number of students in college. Mess food is just Okie not so much good and canteen not charge much for anything. So, it

Alumni/Alumna

I had not attended any alumni meet but yeah I met with my seniors on daily basis and all are very supportive and helping in nature. I love my all seniors

Exam Structure

It was chilled out exams organised on semester basis. Each and every student have to score mimum of 50% in semester exams to be sit in next semester. It's must and even good also each and every student will study to be passed.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
