Remarks
Faculty is very very bad. Only few are good and helpful. There are outdated labs. No air conditioning is there in any classroom or labs. Many computers don't work. The faculty lack knowledge also. Many students fail because of the harsh teachers who don't give marks easily.
Course Curriculum Overview
There's no scope of research. The lab works are chilled. The exams are nicely structured. The assignments are pretty hectic. One is not given proper time and deadlines are very close. Students have a hectic life.
Placement Experience
Companies coming to college have reduced over the years. There's no internship provided. Placement cell is no use. There are no great companies that come to the college. The packages given are also less. Very few students qualify and on top of that very few get a good reasonable package. Placement cell doesn't help much.
College Events
There are many events like Zodiac, Icarus etc etc. People come in huge numbers because that's the only good thing about the college. The events have a good variety. Also it goes on for a couple of days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible approx 1 lakh annually. Also there is TFWS Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme for poor students. As per the annual income there is some fee waiver schemes. But for the rest it's 1 lakh and it increases year by year.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is fee waiver for SC,ST AND OBC category students. For the poor students having low annual income there are TFWS which is roughly 5000. So yes they do provide with some schemes for the poor and non general categories.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extra curricular activities. Cricket teams are made. Even there's a different committe for girl's sport activities. People participate willingly. Also committe like CESS, IEEE, ASME. One committe works for the benefit of the Environment that is SOCH.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes there is a lot of help one can get. There are programs where students get the chance to meet the college alumni. They share their real experience so that the students are aware of the current situations.
Admission
Got the admission through admission process. It was well known college so I chose it. Computer Engineering is in demand because of the growing IT technology so I chose the course over others. The only sector one has many placement opportunity is IT companies.
Faculty
There are very few who teach properly. Rest are just for the sake of teaching. Teachers are not interested in teaching. Feels more like sitting in the class just for the sake of attendance. Students are targeted by the professors.
