My college

College is good in respect of everything, be it campus, faculty, studies, placements, internship, competition, or extracurricular activities. Only negative point I feel is about the fee structure as it is little expensive to afford.

The whole course structure is very good. And it includes theoretical as well as practical knowledge for the students like moot court competition, conferences, court visits, etc. Exam structure includes mid sem exam of 20 marks+ internal activities for 20 marks(projects/assignments) + end semester exam of 60 marks.

Jobs and placement opportunities are very good. In my batch, the placement percentage was 100%. Everyone, who was interested, got the jobs. And yes, they provide internships in very good firms and organisations even in government organisations like NHRC, GAIL, etc.

Annual cultural fest every year in which they invite atleast one celebrity. Udyami Bazar on the occasion of Diwali. Moot Court Competition twice a year for law students. Sports fest namely Sportopia once a year. And many more technical and management events.

Fee Structure is slightly high. It would come under the category of expensive. For example, fees for LLB course is 1.10-1.25 lacs per semester excluding the hostel and transportation fees. Also, they charge 1 lac per semester for LLM.

I dont know about any loan facility offered by the college as I have not availed it. But I definitely know about the scholarships they provide. They provide scholarships on the basis of your past records at the time of admission. And also during the course when scored highest in your batch.

There is not at all any discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, economic status or on any other ground. Student of each and every category is involved in all the extracurricular activities. Labs are available for all the medical, non medical, fashion designing, architecture students.

Senior students were very helpful in all aspects. They were there to guide us. Even now, when we are the alumni, we help our juniors there whenever they seek help from us in respect of internships, college notes, or any other area.

I gave an admission test followed by an Interview. I wanted to pursue law from the very beginning so there arises no question regarding options for the courses. Interviewer was also impresses by my graduation marks.

Faculty is well educated and very cooperative in every aspect. They are always interested to entertain students with their queries and confusions. Be it theoretically or outside the campus, they are always available with help for internships, competitions, etc.
