Management is overall good. Very helpful in nature. They talks the students like their own child. Hostel supervisor was very good . I enjoyed whole college life.I got So manies freinds that days.
Entrance Preview
WBJEE, my rank was 9215.I was very fond of electronics gadgets. So i choose ECE over other subjects.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course was not easy but the faculties at my helped me a lot. I choose ECE so i had to study power system, control system, VLSI, Analog and digital system and communication . Faculies over there was very helpful.
Internships Opportunities
That time so manies startup company came for internship . Some gaints like TCS, wipro and tech-mahindra also provided internship. General stipend around 10k-15k.
Placement Experience
Placement was avarage that time but later years its improved.For Mass recruitment TCS used to come with 3.26 lpa. Besides that so manies small componies also came with around 3 lpa salary offer.
College Events
So manies cultural and technical events happens.Annual technical fest, in that students of so manies nearby college participates. So manies cultural events also used to happened.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very feasible in comparasion to other state colleges.During my time, semester fee was around 22000 but now it would be around 37000 per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is there but i was not aware of that. For minority group there were some scholarship available that time.If needed bank is also available to give loans on reasonable interest rate .
Campus Life
Campus life was awesome. So much fun. Lots of things to learn from different state's students like language,culture.I never heard about any tension on basis of cultural societies and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms were very good. It was very big room with 4 sharing. 24 hours electricity. Food was awesome. For veg and non veg both.PG was also available on reasonable rental(4000-5000).
Alumni/Alumna
Every years alumni meet happens . I learned so manies things through seniors work life experiences.One of my senior was placed in TCS and he helped me a lot in preparation. He provided me so manies study materials to quality TCS.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is semester wise. Labs are also very good with good amount of equipments. Lab assistants are well mannered. That helped me to complete all the experiments without any problem.
