Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is affiliated with Mangalore University so, we followed the course curriculum of the university. We have a summer internship at the end of the first year, it was mandatory for the students. The exams were conducted every semester.

Placement Experience

The placement cell in our college works hard to place a number of students, they organized workshops, mock interviews, and tests. Around 80% of the students were placed. Companies like Future group, ITC, KPMG, etc. visited our college for placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees for the MBA course were 5.1 Lakhs. This includes tuition fees of 250000 for the first year, and the same goes for the second year and the exam fees of 5000 for each year. I think the fees were feasible.

Campus Life

We had sports events, various cultural programs, teacher's day celebrations, seminars, hostel parties on Hostel day, workshops, etc., and also there are various types of clubs like music club, dance club, etc.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides a separate hostel for boys and girls. The total fees for a year cost 63.5k and the infrastructure of the hostels was good and well facilitated with medical facilities, hostel mess, canteen food, etc., and more.

Admission

My admission was done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam, I took the test and score valid marks of 72%. Then, I applied online and after a few days, my application was shortlisted. And then, I attended the counseling.

Faculty

We have a total of 26 faculty members in the particular MBA department. They were all highly qualified and experienced. Their teaching method was good. They were always ready to help us whenever we need help.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
