My College Review

My experience was very good with ACCMANIM and it was a career-shifting, if not career-changing, experience. I made a lot of friends and had an ample amount of fun, but that all would have gone to vain if it weren't for the placement cell to assist me in my personal venture.

The syllabus was up to the snuff and was very thorough. The college offered high-caliber teaching, updated as per the latest industry norms. We studied business economics, finance, operations, organizational behavior, etc. The course was divided into six-trimester sessions, with end term exam at the end of each semester.

Our college had an exceptional placement record, though they vary from department to department. For the MBA program, placements were generally good but there is still a lot of scope for improvement. Lacoste, HDFC, Kent, ICICI, Hindustan Unilever, Reliance, etc. The industry-specific curriculum did prepare us for corporate jobs, but the number of companies that visited the campus was limited.

I paid around 3,00,000 INR for the first year and about 2.4 Lacs for the second year. In total, I paid 5.4 lakhs for the two-year MBA program, which is pretty good and feasible as per the industry standards. The entire fee structure was pretty feasible for me.

Our seniors were very helpful and supportive. They guided us during the internship process and were very helped us with exam notes. Some of our seniors are working in a reputable brand at senior levels. Our college would be at our campus for different occasions to take part in the interactive sessions with students.

Our college organizes its own individual admission process. I applied on the basis of my graduation marks and appeared for the aptitude exam. The college considers a number of factors like work experience, performance in the interview round, and written communication test, in order to prepare a merit list. My name was there in the second merit list. After basic document verification, I was asked to submit the fee.

Faculty is as essential as a good curriculum. And our esteemed faculty was up to the industry standards and had the relevant amount of experience. We got decent industry exposure right there within the classroom, thanks to our corporate savvy faculty.
