CU gives a student everything that it needs for a bright future. The management is punctual and accurate that makes it easy for the working of such a massive organization.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is all up to the mark. It also provides with the best knowledge and also an overall development. The lectures are provided by professors through projectors as well as boards. The practical knowledge is provided in well set up labs. There are regular visits to fly clubs nearby and also visits Airshows. Thus a student is groomed to be able to sit in the interviews.
Placement Experience
Some of the companies are Indigo, Aviotron, Capegimin. Internships are provided in DRDO, HAL, Pawan Hans, Vymanik Aerospace etc. The placement procedure follows an aptitude test and the clearing students are sent for group discussions. The few left go for personal interviews and are hence selected for the job. The University has a different set of aptitude and soft skills classes a whole year for the students who want to appear for placements.
College Events
Tech Invent, Spacephilia, Techno Event, and career carnivals happen on a daily basis in This university. The university also organizes Techfest in which universities all over the country come up. The Youth festivals in this university are celebrated on an international level. Universities from different countries participate. It teaches the cultures of different countries and states.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a little expensive but has got scholarships for SC and ST students. The college fee structure is very much transparent and also provides equal facilities. There are no additional charges and the fee structure is different for different courses. For some courses, it is expensive while for others it is valid.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I did not opt for the scholarship. But scholarships are provided to SC ST students and also who have won some special sports events in the country.
Campus Life
The campus life in CU is marvellous. Gender ratio cannot be defined as it seems equal. The extracurricular activities include sports, dance, singing and literary are all available. CU has a massive sports complex and often organizes sports meet for teachers and students both. The Talent Hunt show is organized for good dancers and singers. Literary competitions like debate, poetry, and declamations are organized frequently. The University does not believe in any favouritism and thus not tolerate any bully case. There are also parties organized in hostels. The university is also famous for the highest number of celebrity visits.
Alumni/Alumna
Of course, the officials make it a point that successful seniors interact with their juniors and motivate them. The special gathering is organized so that the students can interact with the pass outs.
Admission
Aerospace Engineering itself has a vast range of future scopes and is a very unique field. It has many job opportunities. Chandigarh University is one of the largest growing universities in Asia and has a good reputation. It enables the student to have an overall development. It has Limca World Record for first Indian University having the highest number of recruiting companies. It has a massive campus of more than 300 acres with all perfect facilities. It also has it's own Innovative centre where a student can have patents. The admission process is very simple. There are also their offices in different states from where also you can seek admission. A student requires 70% in 12th and requires a Birth certificate, 10th and 12th Report Cards, and basic identity documents.
Faculty
The faculty available is an expert in their subjects and know very well how to increase the interest of the students. There are around a group of 20 Professors who teach and also a set of different professors for lab work. The faculty teaching either have a long history of teaching in some institute or has worked in this industry.
