Remarks
I would want the management to be more efficient in their work. Sometimes, I feel that they don't treat the students well. I would want them to improve on this this. Also I would want them to increase their efficiency with the faster declaration of our re
Entrance Preview
I scored 75 percent in my 12th board exams. In order to get admission here in DUSOL one needs only 60 percent marks. I took to this college so that I could explore my hobbies more and simultaneously pursue my higher education.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well-sorted. But with distance education it gets tough as you doing find people guiding you. So, you need to put efforts whole and sole from your side. Though, If you are regular with the studies then it might get easy for you.
Internships Opportunities
No. There's no internship provided by our college. So, there's nothing to say or comment on this topic.
Placement Experience
There's a Central placement cell of Delhi university where students can enroll in their final year. Though there's not much of the success rate with our college. But yes if one is hard working then I am sure he/she can have better career prospects by going through the Central Placement cell of DU.
College Events
There's no such event celebrated in our college. But yes there's so many events organised by the University where our college students are eligible to participate and also volunteer. DU organises many events annually. So despite the lack of events in our college we get enough opportunity to be a part of several events conducted in DU.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is quite feasible of our college. A student can study here in a cost of Rs. 2000-8000 annually. My fees for the first year was around Rs. 4000. And then Rs 1800 or so for the next two years. So in total the entire fees for my course of three years was less than Rs. 10,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
There's no loan facility available. But for students with humble background there's a book bank facility where they can get books a lower price.
Campus Life
The campus life is not much in DUSOL as it is a distance education institution. But yes you can keep visiting the campus for more interaction with the other students. There's a small canteen in our college. There's a library where you can find many books of your choices based on your course.
Hostel Facilities
There's no hostel for our college. But I found accommodation in a nearby residential area of my college. I lived in Hudson lane and the cost of P.G. ranged from Rs. 7000 to Rs 15000 including food. I stayed in a PG that cost me Rs. 8500 with food and wi-f
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is presently weak in our college. But there are many alumni's who are taking constant efforts to connect all the students of DUSOL using various modes of social network.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is bit hectic as one needs to appear for all their papers annually. It gets tough because you have to deal with all 8 or 9 papers in just 20 days. I hope DUSOL soon shifts to the semester based system as early as possible. But yes on th
Faculty
I don't have much knowledge of the faculty as it's a distance education program. Though if you are interested then one can take help of the faculty in PCP classes organised by the DUSOL in various other colleges. I would recommend students to take up thei
