Remarks

Management do not listen to much progressive demands, it requires protests to name then understand.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum is research driven. As every semester includes projects with marks and it requires extensive research methodology. The whole course is developed in the lines of future roles in corporate as well as government sector. We have lot of internship opportunities. It's fair.

Placement Experience

1.5

The placement cell has been established this year only. So it was not upto mark. There were barely 1 or 2 campus placement every year. There is an internship cell which provides with good opportunities. But I get my internship on my own. Currently there is not much emphasis on placement and internships.

College Events

4.5

Corporate fest- Stating from this year, it would be a great one Parliamentary Debate- it was recently it's 11 edition. It is nationwide famous and best in the country with great prize money. Moot court Competition- we had cyber moot and BCI MOOT was planned for this year it will have wide participation. Cultural Fest- Not so developed

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is very much expensive. 2,00,000 per year. It can be by either ways online or through DD in offline. No management quota is applicable. The fees structure is provided on demand and it clearly marked all the things, tuition fee, hostel and mess and library and others.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, I availed the scholarship from Bihar Student Credit card Scheme, it was a Easy process and very low interest rate and the repayment is after the completion of course.

Campus Life

3

The campus life is good, equal gender ratio. Generally we have lot of in House cultural events and competitions and sports events also. We have very much tolerance towards every factor mentioned above and we treat everyone quality equally as being the law students we understand the constitutional values.

Hostel Facilities

3

Yes, it's a double shared room small 12*12 room with 2 small wardrobe, 2 beds and 2 tables. The hostel are adequate. The average rental period month is 4000. The quality standards are average and AC rooms can be provided.

Alumni/Alumna

They may be once our college begin with the process of alumni profiling. The seniors though along with alumni adjudges our various competition and helps us getting internships.

Admission

I was studying in science stream under the course of BS-MS but it was in Kerala, very far. I was not much satisfied, being from a middle class family research was not my thing. So I thought about switching career. I heard about law from my friend. I applied for CLAT examination on last date. I came in semester break and appeared in the examination. There was no prepration time. But it was the things which I know well. It was an online examination. I passed and was allotted this institute. I went there and selected this as it was in my hometown also.

Faculty

3

60 lecturers are there. There are 6 of each semesters. Average age of them is 40-55 years, they generally possess a PhD but in certain circumstances LLM graduated also teaches us who are pursuing phD. They have command on their subject as it is their thesis subject. They possess various certification and experience from legal fields.

Placement Experience:

CNLU is generally known for Judiciary. The majority of students are preparing for the Judiciary exam. Placement at this college is quite low compared to other colleges. This is because in placement very few students sit and appear for the placements. The majority of the students opt for higher studies like LLM or other PG courses or start preparing for Judiciary or Civil service exams. The main disadvantage of low placement is the geographical location of this college. It is situated in Patna where there is no company resides. All the major companies are in Delhi, Mumbai, or other big cities. Patna is underdeveloped which is why most of the big companies don't come to recruit the students. Students are eligible for placement from the eighth semester only. After completing his/her graduation they can join the company. Major companies visited for placement are banks and second-tier law firms. Approx 25% of students get placed during the year. I am planning to prepare for the judiciary.
