Remarks
There no ragging in my College. If someone do so and faculties get to Know it actions are taken immediately. Negative is like this is not a good College for girls, there are so many restrictions for girls.
Course Curriculum Overview
There will be 3 internals named as CIA. comparing all 3 internal's scores best 2 will be taken. We write internal exams for 50. The score will converted like out of 20. 2 internals taken 40 marks and 10 is assignment.
Placement Experience
My College won't provide internship up to my knowledge. In my department I didn't heard any internship program offers but Faculty will give contacts to get internship. My seniors went to internship program in companies like L&T Ashok Leyland
College Events
For cultural we have a fest called kurusastra it is the only best thing happens in my College. It is a 3 days fest. College will be full of food stalls and competitions like dance, drama and so many fun show
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive for an middle class family. 65k per semester as tuition fees plus exams fees. Plus if you stay in hostel 3k every month for that worst food they provide. If they didn't collect fees for food and lets us allow to eat outside it would be fine.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you belong to top 5% of the department you will be awarded with scholarship. I have no idea how much money they give since I never got a chance. Plus you maintain good attendance and your score high say 85% no hostel fees
Campus Life
We have good labs in mechanical department manufacturing practice, thermal lab, heat transfer lab and all equipments there are maintained at good condition. My College won't give that much importance to sports.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms are neat and good. You can chose what kind of room you want to say single room or double room. You can also have 6 in 1 sharing room depending on your wish. The toilets are really clean comparing 1st year hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are really helpful and they are at a good position to help us with technical problem we face in clubs like ATV fabrication and drone modeling and more. Also they help and give idea for our projects.
Admission
While preparing for my 12th board exams I also prepared for JEE Mains. I got admission in this by getting good ranks provided by my College which is given by considering both board exams marks and JEE score. I had interest on automobile.
Faculty
There are so many really good faculties are here. They really guide me in projects and other out side syllabus doubts. The facilities in my department are very friendly. Sometimes it feels hard for me to grasp what they teach in class so I will spend time in Internet to get clarity.
