Quality education in affordable fees

College is very strict about attendance. The campus is small as it houses other College such as Polytechnic and Pharmacy. The College is going to be autonomous soon in coming years. After that it can be more free to bring more rules for students and can focus more on industry based education. The area besides College is not too good for outsiders coming from big cities. The College has only one entrance gate and the canteen is also small to accommodate more students.

The course curriculum gives in dept knowledge of all the subjects may it be data structures, digital electronics, networking, web technology, big data, computer organisation, database management, etc. This all helps a lot in the placement process. Exams are held every semester i.e. in every 6 months. Also there is an in semester examination before the final end semester examination. The labs are chilled and the days don't look to be more hectic.

The placements of our College are overwhelming. This year in the 1st semester itself, almost 50% students of computer and IT branch have been placed in various companies. The highest package being 7.5 lakh and the average being 3.5. The renowned companies visited for campus placements are Josh Software, Persistent, Cognizant, TCS, ABB, Infosys, FinIQ, Winjit, Eternus Solutions, Pratiti Technology, Wipro, Montran Corporation, MyGate, Aress technology, Federal Bank, Indian Navy, JSW, Rishabh Industry, Jaro education, and many more. Internship is done by students in the 3rd year itself. Companies such as FinIQ provide stipend of RS.25000 for a month of internship.

The technical events are celebrated according to the departments. The names of such events are Mecheaven, Invasion, Karmaveer Expo, Itiazza, Force, Chemfest, etc. The cultural fest of College is known as Maffick. The participation in the events in on national level. The Karmaveer Expo is a national level event of projects where students bring projects from different parts of state and country. The first prize is Rs 100000.

The fee structure is very feasible compared to the Colleges of Pune. The institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. The total fee for 4 years is Rs 330000 for open category students.

College does not provide any loan facility. We can take it ourselves from any bank. The scholarship is provided by the government of Maharashtra for different caste students. The open category students can avail the free ship if they are eligible.

The College holds lots of extra curricular activities. The students groups such as prayas and swapnapurti work a lot in rural areas educating rural students with computer education. Also the NSS does a variety of work all year long. Sports are very active in College. College is blessed with a large ground where cricket and football is played, a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and Gymkhana has indoor sports such as table tennis, carrom, badminton, chess etc. The students of our College win in many national level events.

A lot of alumni make rounds of College and also some of them are invited to give a seminar on their current corporate life and what all we have to do to sustain the corporate industry. Our department has a student committee named as iteron where many senior people of various industries are invited. They give guest lectures which are helpful for the students as well as teachers. The alumni also helps in recruiting the College students as they believe in our College academics.

The common entrance test (CET) exam is to be given to get admission in this College. The admission process is done through DTE Maharashtra, and the form filling is done according to the choice of Colleges. As per marks we get the desired College. I choose information technology as this branch gives better job opportunity than other branches also as the intake is limited (60) the focus of teachers on students increase. Each student is nurtured well just like school.

Faculty of our College is very experienced and dedicated. Almost each department has a PhD holder and many professors have done their PhDs from renowned institutions like the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. The College is best College in the Nashik division of Maharashtra. The teachers take deep interest in teaching the students and also keep on learning new technologies.
