Remarks

Academics and teachings are bad, the system is bad, you have to run from here to there in case you need some documents to be done. Only the sports and campus was good.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course provided there was in accordance with Aktu criteria. Exams were held on regular basis as sessionals, three times in one semester. Sessionals were useful in making internal marks given by college. After sessionals there was semesters exam for full syllabus. The knowledge and notes provided there were of poor quality and practicals conducted were just for formality.

Placement Experience

1.5

Placement was below average, only few of the selected trade students were placed and they did not continue their job. A form and money was asked by college to register for placementsand after that no news of placement was given. It was like a silent show, you need strong senses and non blinking eyes to know.

College Events

3

Utkarsh- the annual fest of college where the whole college was prepared like a Mela and on the decided day a celebrity used to come, mostly a singer. Different games at different spots could be seen. Food end eating stuff, modelling and singing stage, cartoon characters, flowers on the roadside etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was nor expensive nor feasible it was high like 98000 for one year. For students who came by clearing Aktu exam it was low and also for Sc/St who cleared exam and came it was too low. Fee was submitted in installments, extra fee except academic fee of 6000 per semester was taken for lab and computer learning Engg techniques. 200-300 for library were also charged in case card lost.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I did not opt any scholarship or education loan. My father used to pay the fee through his savings which he saved from his income.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus had one small canteen, one large canteen, one coffee station. Boys and girls ratio was almost equal, can say boys were more than girls in some amount. The whole campus had plants and trees wherever required. One proper cricket stadium was there, nearby that a gym and basketball court. Table tennis, chess, carrom etc.

Hostel Facilities

3

Rooms electricity bathrooms were ok. The food in mess was average, it caused food poisoning to few who were not immune enough to survive rough food. Morning breakfast was good. Regular basis sweepers used to come and clean the floors stairs and rooms and bathrooms. The overall the hostel was good.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students were not useful but they use you. It's your luck if you get a good senior because good seniors had their own group which was enough for them.

Admission

I went for a walk-in-interview in admission cell situated near the stadium inside the college. They asked me for my mark sheets, and based on high school and inter marks they provided options to choose trade. After that, they submitted the fee and admission was done.

Faculty

2

Only a few faculty were accessible and responsible. They provided relevant stuff and practical data of subjects. Others were like come sit talk, some notes and bye. They do not like to be in touch and discussions. Students had to prepare by themself through books and youtube. The knowledge provided they took us nowhere.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
