Remarks

Our college can more progressive and better. The positive part is our teachers are helping our and also my fellow students are good. And the negative part is our college grade is medium for that our results are not a high level.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is for 3 years. 2 semester's per year total 6 semester. Each semester have 4 to 5 subject and total exam marks 400 per semester. Total 2400 marks to complete the B. Com course. And 40% for honours student.

Placement Experience

No our college does not provide any internship and placement and job opportunities. My college does provide only certificate of graduation. And this certificate will help us for a job. And we don't any stipend.

College Events

Our college held different events and celebrated many occasions like Technical, cultural, management festivals. Our college take participated in social, sports, Holy festival. And our college also celebrated Nobel person's.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is too expensive. The course complete within 15000 to 30000. Every 1 years cost is 7000 total. And each semester cost is 5000. This fees are taken our college at a specific date and time.

Fees and Financial Aid

About any good scholarship is available for students. But all the students not get scholarships because the scholarship depends on the results. I also get scholarships money but I don't fill up the form.

Campus Life

About the extracurricular activities, labs, sports and other activities are 10 out of 5.Our college has one computer lab. There are total 20 computer. And also has geography lab, biology and small physic lab.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college senior students are some good. And they also helped some time. And my experience with the college is good and senior students. And also my experience some students not connected to our college.

Admission

I passed out in 2017 and after I admission in college the month of July. And I don't take any other options. My college want to me about my last progressive report that is higher secondary and also admit card.

Faculty

My college grade is B. And it's quietly good grade. Our college take participated National service Camp. Our college has two department one is day and next one is evening and I'm a evening student. And B.Com course is good for our college other than any other courses.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
