SRM UNIVERSITY REVIEW

Coming to good remark we can say the infrastructure of the college attracts the most, coming to bad remark we don't have perferct ground for sports but we have a big basket ball and football courts. The conclusion which i can give about my college is that if you want a stressfree fun learning just join SRM UNIVERSITY AMARAVATHI and feel the experience.

The course includes 5 to 6 subjects each semester with exciting projects and assignments which helps us to get exposed to industrial culture, we will be having internal assessments for 50% and final exam for 50%, this will be helping us to get engaged with our studies on daily basis rather than studying just before the final exam. We will be having our exams on digital exam pads which can stop the students from copying to some extent, in the middle of our ongoing semester we will be having different projects, labs, clubs which makes our study more interesting.

Till now there is no out going batch but our senoirs attended for some placments such as amazon, wipro etc. And we will be getting placments and internships information through a website called superset which is controlled by our college administration, they will help us to do 2 to 3 intsrships including abroad and local, our institution really make many efforts to train for pamcements, we have carrer development classes from the first semester itself, which incluses qualitative aptitude, quantitative, literature etc. It will train us how to be professional and make us to get rid of fear factor and boosts up our confidence. We have teaching assistant program where it provides in college internship for students.

Coming to events we will be having a tech fest, cultural fest and international conference's held in our college, they goes really so big and many prople from other colleges, states, and countries visit our college to attend these celebrations, we will almost celebrate each and every important day in our college, there will be huge number of gatherings at that time.

The fee structure for BTECH students is 2.5 lakhs per year and we have to make payment only through online mode such as NEFT, RTGS, NET BANKING. There are additional charges as exam fee of 7000 per semester with respect to subjects and labs we have in that semester, we dont have any recommendations, managment quota seats the seat will be allotted only through merit base, and every one will be paying the same fee.

It offers scholarships on merit bases such as the top 100 students in SRMJEE will be getting 50000 fee wavier they have to maintain 80% attendance and min GPA of 8 points to continue the scholarship. Coming to education loan we have to do it in our own.

Coming to campus life we have a very rich diversity with large number of students from different states and countries, everyone let us to communicate easily, we have various labs to explore our knowledge and try something new with many costly equipment imported from abroad, coming to ratio there are large number of male population like in 3:1 ratio, with different kinds of race and religion, irrespective of caste everone is really very freindly and helpfull without any conflicts, as we can see the fee structre there will be large number of high class students. We have many clubs such as techinal club which includes Machine learning, AI, ROBOTICS. Sports club, dance, music, tostmaster, theather, arts, photography etc which helps us to boost our creativity skills, we have debates, Jam etc in literature club etc. We have competitions such as tech quizes and on a club activities.

No i did not opt for a hostel i am from guntur so i have chosen transport facility, but as much as i know hostel rooms have 2 sharing, 3 sharing, 4 sharing which includes AC and Non- AC to be frank theybreally meet a 3 star hotel with well structured and furnished rooms with gym and indoor games, we have separate rooms for girls and boys, the average rent is 60000 per year, we have washing facility, even mess food is good with high quality.

We dont have any alumini because we are the second batch in our college, there is no passed out batch, but coming to our seniors they are really very supportive to us in all aspects, they will accompany us in any kind of situation and pushes us up as much as they can.

After attempting mains i couldn't fet expected mark so i want to join a university which is of that standards and i have chosen SRM UNIVERSITY AMARAVATHI, coming to my admission process first i wrote srmjee exam and then because of my merit in the exam i got a call from university to attend counselling process with all my valid certificates and DD of 2.5 lakhs as tution fee. I have choosen ECE because I thought that it would help me to cover both electronics and conputer science and i got the best review from senoirs of my college about ECE so that made me to choose that course, apart from other college SRM UNIVERSITY gives students opinion the utmost priority, it gives the freedom to choose our own electives teachers and all, coming ro labs they are the best you can find all over INDIA

We can asses our faculty directly or through mail or through calls they are very freindly and reallt respond to us in a very positive way, each and every teacher in our college are reasearchers, with a phd degree in abroad, they have really very high standards, and they try very hard to help us in many ways, they provide us clarity about subjects through slides, videos etc, they are really very experienced and we acn even join them as research assistant. We have 1 or 2 lecturers for each subject.
