Management of college is as usual a government autonomous institute functions, still authority try hard to get control of the any situation that arises.

Industrial visits are organised for 3rd years only. Apart from it, there students can take up internships, projects and can do research work under professors. Basic teaching is being given which when done practical and apply in projects become advanced.

Placement in my college is good enough with having training and placement facility available that trains the students of the soft skills required after the reviews from companies and make students ready for facing the HRs.

Innovision is technomanagement fest, one of the biggest in East India with 3000 footfalls. Nitrutsav is cultural fest Techx is technical workshop sessions Roots is an event where alumnis in reputed positions and remarkable achievements are being called. Cosmopolitan an in-house cultural extravaganza where intermixing of cultures from different corners of the world is being experienced.

Our program curriculum fee is 57000 per sem, apart from this there are other annual fees like library fees, activity fees, medical fees, hostel fees, establishment fees, and dues. Yes our college provide breakdown of these fees in a sequential manner. We can pay fees through e challan, DD, net banking through payment portals.

There are many scholarship forms with different criteria. They are available in website and brochure of institute website. They also have time limit to apply to it, there are alumni funds as well which are provided as scholarship.

Our college have more than 60 clubs under four societies naming technical, literary, film and music, sports. Every club have different aims and objectives and participate in competitions around the world. The club's are responsible for hosting workshops and sessions of their own interest.

Yes, i have opted for hostels. We have 11 hostels, 2 for married couples, 7 for boys, 2 for girls. The boys hostel have 2 boys each room, girls rooms are a little and big enough to accommodate 3 in a room.

Alumni network of college is also good, with an association formed named NITRAA. They help in every respect the students need. Whether being technical aspects or financial matter or any external help in a foreign country, alumni are always helpful.

It's been Ranked 2nd top NIT by NIRF and mechanical being the best among all NITs inclined me towards choosing this institution. JEE mains is the only entrance exam and one can take admission through JoSAA only. The seat allotment process goes on till 7th round of josaa.

All the lecturers are PhD. in their respective courses, they have been graduated from reputed colleges and are competent to clear our doubts, there are official channels in telegram apart from whatsapp through which we can ask our doubts as and when necessary.
